This place will scam you be careful!!!

So I reach out to cancel my membership so that I don’t get charged a 45$ fee the lady I was in contact with Denise tells me they need 30 days notice to cancel the membership which is there way of saying we’re charging you another month.

How hard is it to press a button? This business seems to try just punish consumers for a bad decision of picking their gym as a way to stay afloat. Do not use this gym do not use any Snapfitness as this is a company wide policy.

I was visiting Alden for a month and wanted a place to workout while I was in town. Denise was AWESOME! She worked with me to get a short-term membership. The gym was great - always super clean, not too crowded, and well-equipped. I sometimes had to workout late in the evening, so the 24-hour access was appreciated. I highly recommend Snap Fitness!

My husband and I have been members of Snap Fitness Alden NY for over 2 years now. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness, convenient location , and upkeep of equipment. The manager, Denise, is the ultimate in professionalism while warmly greeting all members and guests. She is constantly accessible for any questions or just a friendly chat and makes all feel comfortable and accepted no matter what level of fitness. Highly recommend!

I just joined a few months ago and this is the best gym I've ever been to! It's very clean and the staff is great. The .manager, Denise, is always friendly and cheerful and helps whenever I have a question about a machine. I can go any time I want and sometimes I have the place to myself. I've been to other gyms where I didn't feel comfortable so I didn't go very often but Snap Fitness in Alden works great for me. I definitely recommend this gym!!

This is the most pristine and well managed Snap Fitness location I have ever experienced- it even smells great! I am a senior citizen who drives 30 miles roundtrip several times a week to Snap Fitness Alden. Many other facilities are within a mile or two of my residence, yet I CHOOSE to attend Snap Alden. Here are the reasons why:

* PRISTINE FACILITY- well maintained in every way!
* OUTSTANDING MANAGEMENT - Denise is a caring, friendly and dedicated manager who makes everyone feel welcome. She explains everything thoroughly and is always willing to assist members. Even when she is not scheduled to be at Snap, Denise is always accessible by phone/text. To say she goes above and beyond the call of duty would be an understatement!
* RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS -who clean up after themselves and are mindful of others.
* PLENTY OF EQUIPMENT FOR ANY LEVEL OF FITNESS - always in working order with - very rare exceptions -which are immediately addressed if/when they occur.
* SPACIOUS - cardio and weight-resistance machines upstairs; free weights, etc., downstairs. You don't feel crowded, nor do you have to wait to use any of the equipment.

Over the years I have been to SF24 locations in several different states including, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Although they are OK in many respects, none compare to Alden. As a 12-year member, I am grateful for this excellent facility and the people involved with it.

I give Alden Snap and Denise the manager the highest of ratings. It is quite the hidden gem and well worth any number of miles to enjoy! Your endorphins will thank you! #StayFitHaveFun

My husband and I have been going to snap fitness for a year and a half through the silver sneakers program. The manager, Denise, is friendly, always greets us when we come in. The building is clean, and Denise works hard to keep it that way. The exercise equipment is maintained, and clients are good about wiping machines down after use. It's always open, so we have the convenience of going to exercise anytime.

Simply put, SNAP Fitness Alden is the cleanest gym I've ever been to. It has all the equipment for a FULL body workout 💪🏾🏃🏾 The staff, ESPECIALLY Denise is AMAZING!!! I have berm going to this establishment since it opened several years ago. It was so-so back then but since Denise became the manager there has been a complete 180° turn around. Denise is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, hardworking, dedicated and an all around amazing human being with impeccable people skills. She takes time with every new (and current) member to explain things and show them the ropes, so to speak. Snap Fitness in Alden has gone from surviving to thriving with Denise at the helm.

Having been a member of several gyms over the last 30 years, including Snap Fitness in many states, Alden Snap is by far the best. I drive 30 miles round trip per day to go there. It’s well worth the time, effort! and gas!!
If you have a desire to get in shape, check out this facility. You will not be disappointed!!

I am a faithful member of this facility, driving 26 miles round trip to use. As such, I - and probably many others - would appreciate an update regarding the reopening as per NYS COVID-19 restrictions. This website provides zero info in that regard. Please post how Snap Fitness Alden plans to accommodate its members. Thank you.

Nice workout place with many pluses. However, there is one grip I have. Their bike "sucks" !!!!!!!!!! First of all they only have one . The person who bought this bike knew absolutely nothing about cycling. They should have taken into consideration how easy it is to get an injury from improper bike setup. . That being said you have to be able to move the saddle fore and aft. You have to be able to adjust up and down. The saddle is way too wide. You get the best workout with proper cadence which is about 120 to 140 rotations per minute. I can't even peddle like this on this bike unless I just leave it with zero resistance . Thier is no reason for this. You can get a fully adjustable bike trainer at Berts for 1000 dollars. They probably paid more for this piece of junk.

Oh Snap....WOW! This place is beautiful! Feels like it was built out of an old church and the Swole Spirit is strong! Two floors of perfection await your body here. The bottom floor seems a bit small (might be the low ceilings), but that doesn't detract from the large room for classes or the many options for free weights. A couple stairs will do you good traveling to the second floor because the universal machines and cardio equipment await your persperation. So inviting and well maintained this is the nicest SnapFitness location I've seen. Just the fact that there were no untracked weight plates and all of them were nicely stored by weight shows me how much pride the club members have in the location. And did I mention the bathrooms were so clean you could eat off the floor? I didn't, but you might be into that.

The Alden location and the manager Eric is wonderful. Clean, quiet and close to home. Never thought I would enjoy going to the gym this much. With the 24/7 hour schedule is makes it convenient to go whenever I want to go. Eric has always been pleasant and informative and always a pleasure to speak with. It’s obvious that he enjoys his job and takes pride in what he does. I would recommend this location to family and friends and I thank Jessica for recommending Snap to me.
