I recently attended Vinyasa yoga class at Sohamyoga, and it exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere of the studio was calm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. The instructor was not only knowledgeable but also very attentive, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their skill level, felt comfortable and supported throughout the session.

One aspect I particularly appreciated was the clear instructions provided by the teacher, which made it easy to follow along, even for a beginner like me.

Moreover, the mindful breathing exercises integrated into the class helped me achieve a deeper level of relaxation and mental clarity, which was exactly what I was looking for. I left the class feeling refreshed, energized, and more balanced both physically and mentally.

Overall, I highly recommend Anna’s yoga class to anyone looking to improve their physical health and mental well-being. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this studio provides an inclusive and positive environment for everyone!

Where to begin... I just entered my third trimester of pregnancy and have never felt so connected with my body as a result of Anna's prenatal classes. Anna is compassionate and gives a sense of ease that is felt from the moment you walk into the room. The classes are tailored specifically for expecting mothers, focusing on gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises that help alleviate the physical discomforts associated with pregnancy. Not only dose it help physically, but emphasis on mindfulness and meditation that has been instrumental in reducing my stress levels and anxiety, allowing me to approach pregnancy with a greater sense of calm and positivity. I cannot recommend Soham yoga enough!!!!!!!!
