THIS is the experience you definitely want for pilates,Maddie was AMAZING! She was always making sure that we were all doing the exercises right and making sure we were fine,her class was definitely intense but nothing to be afraid of;staff also at front desk were nice and helpful. Give it a try if you dare! 😉

Super predatory cancellation policy that is made to steal another month’s charges from you even after you’ve requested a cancellation. Also, majority of the instructors speak with the most annoying nasal accent where they add an “uh”to the end of all their words, “and now-wuh we’re going to go into our front plank-uh, for five-uh, four-uh, three-uh, two-uh, one”. Literally an entire class like that, so incredibly grating to listen to.

Great studio for the nomad neighborhood! Has 18 machines. Favorite instructor is Matt C.! He actually cares if you’re doing the right movements and will come over and help you adjust or just to help you in general. His classes are always energetic and fully booked.

I've been visiting a lot of different fitness studios recently because I'm trying to find my "thing" this year. I even went over to BodyRok to test the difference. I enjoyed BodyRok but something about Solidcore feels very special to me. I have a pretty average body type at the moment and it feels like this type of workout is going to get me fit and sculpted in the way that I want to be. I feel helped by the instructors in a non-judgmental way. Everything is clean. The music is good. The blue lighting is weirdly calming to my senses as I'm shaking through the workout. The sequence of the moves seems like something reasonable that I can master over time as I take more classes. When I came to my first class on a Saturday, the nice blonde woman at the front desk welcomed me. I'm sticking with it.

I have no words….what an amazing experience and Masyn, the club manager of the Nomad location immediately makes you feel so welcome. The class is intense, targeted, and full body. In 50 minutes, and over a two week period, your body will be transformed. The instructors are very knowledgeable and take a vested interest in each solid core member. I’m committed to this studio, this workout and the science behind solid core. A must try.

The worst class in the absolute BEST way! Solidcore is the most challenging class I’ve ever taken, but also the most rewarding. Low-impact, yet somehow makes me sweat more than HIIT/cardio. And the shakes are UNREAL! RIP to your muscle fibers. But that’s how you know that it works, I’m obsessed! Travis is an amazing coach- great energy, awesome playlist, and always keeps you pushing your limits. Can’t recommend this class enough!

It is SUCHHH a good workout!!!!!!! My first time wasn’t good because I wasn’t ready but for some reason I was determined to go again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking Jamie’s class especially if you’re a first timer! Everyone wanted to take her class again after that workout!

Walking in, Bryce the manager was SO nice and welcoming! I took class with Sarah E., who is well known as a [solidcore] god. She welcomed me in, mastered my name (amongst the 15 or so other people) immediately and made me feel super comfortable in the studio and on the machine. I've taken solidcore classes before, but it had been years since my last one. Holy Eff - this class was incredibly inspiring, low impact but HIGH RESULTS. I am still feeling the effects 3 days later. As a professional dancer and gymnast in NYC - I truly think this is the most effective workout in the WORLD. Run, don't walk to this place and check out Sarah and Bryce!!!

Usually not a fan of group workouts but Solidcore has changed my mind and got me addicted. It’s probably one of the hardest workouts I’ve done and also done wonders improving my back pain. Both Travis L and Laura P are great instructors!

Death by reformer. It’s a fantastic workout. I didn’t actually burn a ton of cals, but muscle fatigue was real. Fast paced and good music so the class goes by quickly
