I come to this location often because I honestly love the teachers and the classes, but I had about enough with the staff at the front desk, I wish I knew her name cause it is only her that is rude and the rest of the staff is awesome. She has no willingness to help, be kind and most specifically seems like she has an issue with people coming jn through ClassPass. One example: me and my friend came in and wanted to sit together - she told us she could not help us until 4 minutes before the class so we had to wait to then finally be seated next to each other to a class that had at least 20 spots open. Today I was late because of an appointment which I understand they not allowing you to enter to the class cause is distracting to everyone else - but she wasn’t even helpful to me to waive the “No show fee” of 30$ when I did try showing up - Soulcycle is supposed to represent the good energy the good environment and she cannot project any further than that - EXTREMELY Dissapointed

WOW WOW WOW!!!! If I lived locally this would be my regular spin studio. Unfortunately I'm UK bound. From the moment I stepped through the door the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Bailey was an exemplary member of staff from the moment I entered till the time I left the building. The class was packed with like minded people. Care was taken with customers who were new to soul cycle. Attention and care from Bailey and Dani (the instructor) was evident throughout the class. Dani - I wanted to attend a USA soul cycle class because the videos always look epic. I was not let down. Dani was incredible and the class responded with the drive and enthusiasm she gave out. From the music to the lighting to the actual spin session. This was a 10 out of 10. Masssssive THANKS Bronxville Soul cycle!

Addicted to this! Its pricey but worth it for the quality of instructor, you have a favorite but all all awesome! But most of all the are spot on when it comes to CLEANLINESS and customer service. Everything is provided to you with exception of shoes and water bittles which are sold at a nominal price! Love Love this place!

The BXVL studio will spoil you! The studio is new and very clean. There is an efficient, friendly, and chill atmosphere here which is a nice contrast to the hectic environment of the studios in the city. The staff is very friendly, greeting you by name, and ready to help, and the manager is on-point (and always with a smile on her face too!). SoulSurvivors with Monique and Sam can't be missed, as well as any class by Madeleine.
