I absolutely love this gym! As a middle-aged woman who isn’t in great shape, I’ve never felt uncomfortable or judged here. The environment is welcoming, and the staff and members are incredibly supportive. They have every machine you could possibly need, and my husband and son also enjoy working out here. It’s a fantastic gym for families and all fitness levels, plus the pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness!

Outstanding gym, equipment is kept working and modern. This place is CLEAN. They continue to put back into the gym. New paint, windows and upkeep . Staff is friendly and helpful. Trainers are ready and available. The membership is reasonable and fair. They used to have more classes available. What they do have is good. I'd like to see a few more. I highly recommend this gym. I've made many new friends here.

Easily one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Super clean and has every piece of equipment that you could ask for. The selection of free weights and machines is amazing. I only stopped in while I was in town for a wedding, but I’ll be coming back here any time I’m in the Buffalo area. Highly recommend to anyone looking to join a gym. It’s got a great old school vibe and the price is unbeatable.

Great gym for cardio and weight lifting, with several areas including 3 squat rack, a CrossFit area with a rig, and free weights. The staff are friendly and welcoming and both owners are there almost everyday. After awhile you start to feel like family.

We first attempted to join Crunch Hamburg, the staff was awful and unhelpful. When we walked into Southtown Fitness the atmosphere was light and pleasant. The staff was exceptional and spoke to us right away, we even got a tour. Well left with a years membership and have not regretted it at all since. My sister and I love SFC.

Everyone is really nice and helpful! After a couple of days I feel right at home. The Body Pump class is great, everyone made me feel comfortable starting the class and the instructors (especially Melissa) are so helpful! I go everyday for 2+ hours and it feels like my second home. Highly recommend for anyone just starting out to experienced athletes. The free personal trainer session is helping me with my sore back as he is a physical therapist, I love this place!

Have been a member here for over 10 years, women's section and classes are by far the differentiators. Where other gyms/studios charge $5-$10 a class, here you can attend unlimited and they continue to add more consistently. Body pump is the best!!

Family owned gym that still holds the genuine body building feel. You can use chalk, grunt, drop a weight if you have to without a lunk alarm going off. Has a "gym Family" feel where members are very welcoming and easy to socialize with & are ok with the casual wave if you need to get in and get out. Lots of variations of equipment so you're not going to get bored.
