Welcoming atmosphere, definitely a safe place and very friendly. The classes are perfect and I love that I can just show up and they've already optimized the time to get the most out of the workouts. The trainers are attentive and know how to push you to get stronger and also how to modify exercises to be easier/harder depending on fitness level. This is the only gym that has ever motivated me to keep on going, it's awesome!

I have been attending Spark Fitness since it opened. The way you work with trainers and mutual members, makes it feel like a party and not a workout. I retired at the end of 2023 and try to go at least 3 days a week. If I dont make it, I always get texts from friends or trainers to check if I'm okay. It's like being with family. In the end I'm getting stronger, losing weight and feeling better. Come join us...you will love it.

The classes are just what I have been always looking for including trying my hand at the spin classes they offer which I absolutely love! With the amazing trainers being by your side and showing you what to do, I’ve learned so much on correct form and technique, I feel so much better and gained more confidence in my self. I started with Spark fitness in a 6 week challenge, and I thought I’m going to just do the challenge and that’s it and I’m not going to join as a member and well that changed and I decided about half way through the challenge that I was going to join and be a part of this great place! Everyone that comes here is supportive and encouraging and nice. The trainers have been so helpful to me as I have been navigating knee pain and helping with any modifying moves that I needed!! I have alway gone other gyms and well they, don't have what I now have at Spark Fitness, I definitely found my place here and tell everyone!🤗

As posted above I love Spark Fitness!! Now that being said, if anyone would have told me that I would be going to the gym 5-6x a week a few months ago I would’ve said they where funny but really, I enjoy going and holding myself accountable for what I want for my health and happiness and I get that support I need from my Spark family because that’s what we are❤️. They are so encouraging and when I hit the 100 class mark they made me feel just absolutely amazing!! The milestones count here and you are always encouraged to hit the next one…I don’t really like spin but I’ve been thinking of giving it a try so you will just need to wait for my next review update to find out if I did it or not lol…I had a little surgery on my hand and well they helped me to still get my workouts and modified them for me, and still check in on my recovery even months later bc well we don’t heal over night lol, but if you are looking for the encouragement and support from amazing trainers then you need to come to Spark Fitness!!

I can't say enough good things about Spark Fitness! The trainers and owners are so nice and helpful (and the trainers know when you need a little extra push). The workouts are satisfying and effective. There is so much variety when it comes to the classes that they offer. The best part for me though was that they helped me lose weight in the healthiest way I have ever lost weight in my life. The nutrition plan is so realistic and a SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE. I wasn't stressed out or worried about the scale or excluded from family meals. This is definitely the happiest I have ever been losing weight and I would highly recommend the workouts and nutrition for anyone and everyone. Give them a try! You won't regret it!

I joined Spark for the July summer slam challenge. I have loved working out at Spark this entire month, taking spin and other group training classes. Everyone at Spark has been so welcoming and helpful. Since COVID I have had a very difficult time getting a workout routine back into my schedule. I signed up for a one month unlimited special because I needed something to kick it in gear when I wasn’t doing workouts at home like I had said I would. My daughter goes here and raved about it, she was also in training to teach spin. I have never been a group fitness class person. Until now. Everyone here has been so welcoming and supportive and friendly. You can tell that building community is one of the most important things here. The trainers are knowledgeable and attentive, showing me alternative things to do when a particular exercise is problematic for me because of a health issue or injury. I never liked spinning. I've been a member of Spark for a little over a year now and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place to workout. The owners and staff are kind, helpful and know all of their members by name. If life gets in the way and you've been missing class they will check in and see how you are doing. I've belonged to other gyms where they will take your money and not be concerned if you aren't utilizing your membership. The classes are different each time so you will never get bored with your workout. They also have spin, group challenges and fun pop up classes.

Exercise is a lot of things...important, vital, burdensome, fun, annoying...and more. The group training at this gym takes the burdensome and annoying out of the mix. What you're left with is a fun training session that checks all the blocks for something that is vital and important. The nutritional guidance is helpful, too. The challenge that I completed in May 2023 was enough to kick-start me back to pre-COVID dedication to a training and exercise regimen. Do yourself a favor and give a group training session a whirl. Fast forward to 2024...still at it, and over 250 group sessions later, I'm still fascinated by the creativity of the training staff and ownership. Kudos to all on a great job.

Spark fitness is a great studio! They have floor classes that incorporate strength and cardio as well as spin classes and pop ups like step class, Pilates and yoga. Most importantly though everyone is so friendly and kind and cares! Both Jenn and Brandon are super invested in everyone who comes through the door and in their success! I can't say enough good things about Spark and everyone who works there. I joined back in January after having a rough time with some anxiety after the loss of 2 family members the few months prior, and I couldn't have picked a better place. Normally going somewhere like this would give me anxiety, but Spark eased it for me. Jenn/Brandon/Alex instantly made me feel at home. Not only are the workouts killer (but still great for all levels of experience and they are always willing to modify anything for you), but they have helped in beginning to repair my practically life long unhealthy relationship with food. I truly enjoy going there and because of everything I've mentioned above (and so much more!), this is the most consistent I've been with going to the gym and the best I've felt in over 5 years. I could go on forever, but anyone considering trying this place out really should take the leap to see for themselves how great it is!

This place has gotten me moving again and I can’t thank them enough. I had over a year off due to a back injury on a vacation, which caused major sciatica down my leg and my gait was about 3” walking. I slowly recovered from that and decided to get back to the gym to help my mental status AND get back in shape. I was met with open arms and EVERYONE was very accommodating to my injury. At first I could only do body weight workouts, but over a couple months I’ve been increasing my weights. I feel like Alex and Juni keep an eye on me when I do increase, and watch my form and they constantly check in to make sure I’m not in pain and if something feels off they switch it up right away. They challenge me so I don’t give up and it’s everything I’ve needed. I’m slowly getting back into shape and I love it. The summer slam challenge really did it for me, and I have enjoyed going every day. It’s fun to be a little competitive but also safe for my back as well. This place is it, they’ve been fantastic with my journey and I can’t wait to see what they have in store! They’re always improving and building and reaching out to the members. I love it here. You won’t be disappointed.

Spark is an incredible place that has helped me become the comfortable and confident person that I am. In early 2023, I injured my ankle and was setback on my health journey. In July of 2023, on a whim I contacted Spark. I didn’t know much about them, just that my mind was ready to move again. I decided to do the six week challenge. The workouts pushed me in ways I didn’t know I was capable of. For the first time I felt strong. Although I missed my weigh loss goal by 1.5 lbs my entire body and mindset had changed. This place is a community from the trainers to familiar faces at workouts. I never felt judged, always supported. The trainers took time to get to know me as a person and knew how to push me to be my best. I took a small break from working out at Spark and missed every minute of it. I couldn’t stay away! Now I plan out my workouts weeks in advance and make that hour for myself a priority. I feel better mentally and physically, and ultimately more like myself. If you are looking for a place that feels like home, Spark is the place for you.

I’ve been at Spark for over a year now, hit over 200 classes and have never felt better. This is a place I look forward to going. It’s given me an opportunity to make myself a priority, and space to breathe. After the chaos of work, family and home, Spark at the end of the day is what makes me feel like my best self. Spark is exactly what I needed for my fitness journey. Accessibility-class times allow for ease of attendance with my schedule, not overly crowded, and plenty of one-on-one attention from trainers. Versatility -classes include a variety of different moves incorporating body movement, bands, weights, and other stationary equipment; this allows you to work different muscles while also keeping things interesting. Community-the gym not only is a means of gathering folks from different walks of life into a niche of physical exertion, but it has grown to be a whole other family with acceptance and a welcoming group. Knowledge-trainers are supremely well versed and educated in all things from healthy eating and diet to body soreness and muscle groups; even when unable to perform a movement they know how to better help you and modify or push you to try things you didn’t think you could achieve. Just finished my 6 week challenge! After 6 weeks I am down 8 lbs and lost 8% of body fat and feel stronger than ever! Joining spark fitness has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2022 and went through multiple surgeries, since then I had a difficult time finding the motivation to get back into shape. Just went to my First Circut Class as a guest with some friends. OOH GIRL! Im a noodle and had no clue what I was doing but Juni made sure to give examples of each move and then came by each time to give some advice and help with anything. My experience with the Spark fitness Red Carpet challenge was extremely helpful to get me to a better life style. I had 3 kids in 5 years and was finally ready to get all my extra baby weight off and get back to a healthier more fit me. I wanted to be stronger for my kids and this program helped me achieve that and so much more. I got stronger and more toned and started making healthier recipes for my family. I didn’t lose the full 15 during the challenge, but I was extremely close. I did end up losing over 5% of my body fat which was a huge accomplishment. My wife started attending here and regularly brought me as her guest before I got my own membership. The benefit I got from the abundance of classes offered as well as the professionalism and energy of the EXTREMELY kind and supportive staff cannot be understated. I’d recommend anyone and everyone here, especially if you are trying to see real results but not sure how to get there on your own. The staff always takes the time for you, they are always upbeat, fun, and thinking of new ways to help and offer more to their members. I’ve always struggled with social anxiety at the gym and I have never felt that here. I know a lot of gyms promote the “no judgement” zone but this gym lives by it. 6 weeks later, I'm fitting into my clothes better and oozing energy. Spark is a fitness family, everyone is very supportive and there is no judgment. From the owners to the trainers, everyone is friendly, personable and encouraging - they are rooting for your success! The classes are not intimidating, as a newbie I stepped right in and felt like I could do every exercise, and as my time went on I watched the weights and reps increase. This is the first time I have looked forward to working out, on class days my body was ready and I couldn't wait to go!

I just completed the 6 week challenge at Spark Fitness. I had a lot to loose, however with the encouragement and support of the staff I was able to knock our 21lbs during that time.

I have a back injury from an accident years ago... every trainer took their time before the workout to check in with me, not to mention during different movements they would check in, and if needed they would change up the routine to work around my injury.

Every person on staff, and the guest trainers, were very kind, knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive and really strive to help me do my best and would push me to do better and more than I thought possible.

I have never been one to post reviews before but I owe this to the staff and owners of Spark Fitness. I started the 6 week challenge in August with low energy, low confidence and a need for a change. Throughout the challenge process, the workouts were difficult but rewarding and I actually started enjoying exercising again. I became accountable for what I was eating and started making better choices. I could feel the difference after only week 3, becoming stronger mentally as well as physically.

During the day I’d think of the crazy zones Alex or Juni had setup for us and feel proud that I was part of this group. The trainers kept pushing me, keeping me motivated but also helped with adjustments so that I could hit target areas and keep my form correct.
When I finished the 6 week challenge, I didn’t hit the weight loss goal but I was 3% down in body fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle. It was a no brainer for me to join as a member and continue the work towards my health goals.

I drive over 30 minutes to work out at Spark because there is nothing else like it near me. When you join Spark you become part of a family. Great customer service if you have membership questions. Trainers motivate you and help make sure you are doing moves correctly. Workouts are always changing so you don't get bored and you are constantly working different muscles. You soon find that you are working out with your "crew" and everyone is very friendly and working out together makes us work put in that much more effort. I'm your run of the mill free range, cage free Buffalo fat gal, and thus, never felt comfortable in a gym, because of... *gesturing wildly* everything about them.
You know what I'm talking about. The meat heads who, when they're not trying to impress the ladies with their huffing and puffing, they're gate keeping ALL of the weights, because "pick things up and put them DOWN" is really only meant for them. And then we add in the bouncing ponytail girls who started their fitness journey in the womb and have now decided to take over full areas while they multi angle reels of their pumpkin spice push ups, for their tens of followers. (That was not a mistype)
Enter Spark! When you walk in the door, no one is giving you a side eye, they're welcoming you to THEIR gym. The sense of community and "you belong here" radiates not only from the trainers, but from every single member there! I had gotten to a place in life where I truly didn't recognize the person looking back at me in the mirror and I knew it was time for a change. The 6 Week Challenge was the exact thing I needed to kickstart this journey. Those first few days were TOUGH, but every single person, owners included!!! are right there by your side being your loudest cheerleader.
I can proudly say that I'm now a member at Spark and I actually look forward to my workouts. To the point where I find myself waking up comically early, because it's "Feel Good Friday" and I can't friggin wait to get in there!

I recently joined Spark Fitness not knowing exactly what to expect but after the first class i was hooked! Its not your typical gym, its group class workouts which I really enjoy much better. Classes are small enough that you’re not lost in a sea of people but big enough so you dont feel on display. I love how there are stations that you move through during your workout. Its very structured & the trainers are always near to help, correct, advise and support you every step of the way. Even taking the same classes (upper body, strength & conditioning, lower body, step, etc..) the workout changes so you certainly wont be bored and always get an amazing workout!

I’ve tried every gym in the area, and this one by far is the best. The staff is knowledgeable, and the program is so easy to follow. I did to six week challenges, and I even had to take a two week break in between and lost a total of 30 pounds. I follow the plan, the work out, the food portion recommendations, and everything was easy along the way. The workouts are intense and that’s exactly what you need. On 7/30/2022, I finished my first (of probably many) 6 week challenges with Spark Fitness Buffalo. I have done many challenges with different gyms in the past BUT with this challenge, you could actually eat CARBS! Who doesn't love carbs?! I know I do. lol. Anyways, the food guide and app they used for tracking were very easy to navigate. You had to attend at least 3 in-person workout sessions, which the workouts are challenging but doable and the trainers work with you to make any modifications that you need throughout so you don't feel like you failed and you don't want to come back. If you couldn't make it to the gym, workouts were available via the app too. With the app, you get access to a chat of the the current challengers to share what is working best for you currently, what your struggling with, and just an overall better support system. Also all the workers and instructors are amazing!!! Thank you Spark Fitness! PS. If your curious, I lost 10.7lbs with the challenge.

I haven't been to a gym since March 2020 so I was very nervous about attending my first class with other people. Spark offered a great deal for their five-week summer challenge that was too good to pass up so I decided to try it out. I was such a skeptic when I decided to try this new program. However, I am so glad that I did! I thought counting calories and macros sounded so daunting with a busy schedule. With the assistance and support from the owners and trainers it made the whole process so much easier. I did the 8 week challenge and I lost a total of 7 pounds. I cannot believe it was possible to eat whatever I wanted and still lose weight! I was not hungry and the weight came off. The workouts are awesome! I love the fast pace conditioning and the strength training we get day after day. I found out first hand, when you stick to the plan it works! Spark Fitness has been one of the best gyms I have signed up with. The workouts are different every day, the trainers are knowledgeable and push you past your limits because they know you can do it. Alex and Jen don't view you as a number or statistic but as someone who is trying to get healthy and want the best for you. There are no "unhealthy starve yourself" challenges where you gamble your money with small print rules, but a game plan designed for you to get long term results in your health goals. The prices are straightforward and you get what you paid for, no "negotiated prices" for different members with the same plan. The only con? YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK! I enjoy working out, but if I'm left to my own devices I tend to slack and only do it half-way, group settings are the only way for me to be held accountable and finish the workout. This was my first class at Spark Fitness (and first class in many years). I loved every second of it. The circuit was intense and grueling, however being cheered on when you're ready to give up is such a confidence booster. I'll definitely be taking more classes here, and recommend anyone who's a little hesitant on a group circuit class to just go for it. You won't be disappointed!
