I've been gaining weight so I decided to get some professional help, and it has been a life-changing experience training with Pedro for the past 3 months. I've already lost 2.5 inches off my waist and have gotten much stronger. I plan to keep training with him as long as I live in the area. He individualizes your training sessions according to your goals and adjusts them as you progress. TBH, the first 1-2 months were extremely brutal because I was so out of shape due to the pandemic, but now my mental & physical toughness has improved so much that I somehow train with Pedro 3 times a week and feel super energized afterward. Pedro will keep increasing your workout intensity to make sure you continue improving, which means workouts will never get easy. But they push & support you the right way and you can get so much out of this place as long as you put in the work and keep communicating with him in terms of what you are working towards, what you are struggling with, etc. The small group dynamic is also nice b/c sometimes just having other people around you who are also pushing hard is enough to get you over the especially difficult sets.
