Sportive at Kings Park is an amazing club for kids to learn tennis. Wonderful and professional staff and a clean facility. Our daughter joined 2 years ago and has improved so much on her tennis technique and really enjoys the workout. Couch Joe and couch Pat are wonderful with the kids, and keep them engaged in the game for the whole 1 hr and 1/2.

Love this place. Finishing up my first 8-week beginner classes for adults and jumping right back in. Awesome facility. Fun, down-to-earth and super knowledgable instructors (Matt’s the man). The kids’ classes look great. Looking forward to getting my son involved. Also, a big “Thank You!” to Michelle for being so helpful. I can’t recommend this facility enough.

Courts are never available. They removed all the courts, the gym, and turned tennis courts into pickleball courts. This facility as a whole has fallen down since the old manager left. There's a reason so many veteran players and coaches went to better facilities.

My two boys have been going here for summer camp for the past two years, and we have had a wonderful experience! The staff is great--so responsive. I had some concerns with how one of my boys was doing in camp, and Melanie was great with getting me some feedback. This camp is just so well run and organized--can't say enough good things! I highly recommend it!

Had a blast at Sportime! Jason was a fantastic instructor who took his time, made me laugh and feel 100% comfortable. I could not have asked for a better first time instructor. The whole facility was beautiful, updated and clean. Tons of parking. Tennis is a naturally socially distant sport so masks only need to be worn from the car to the court. If you are a avid tennis player or just a beginner like me, sportime is the place to go!

The tennis program at Sportime Kings Park is truly one of the best. When my kids decided they wanted to try tennis, Jay and his team made sure they put her in the class that was right for them. We were welcomed with open arms and brought on a tour of the facility. They go the extra mile to make you feel like part of their team and we’re so accommodating. We have belonged to several tennis clubs over the years, and all three of my kids have had the best experience at Sportime. The pros are patient and give excellent lessons. My wife is a player as well and says Sportime is far superior over every other club as well. The pros give the adults personalized attention no matter the level and make it FUN. She also uses the gym and says the equipment is new and clean and fellow members are respectful.

I’ve been attending Sportime for years. It offers a great balance between of being my gym and my tennis center. The tennis instructors are a great bunch of young men and women who offer instruction and pointers and make you feel at ease. The gym is well stocked with machines and free weights, personal and group training are always available. The front desk workers always greet you with a warm hello. I heard that they just added Pickleball (I’m presently snow birding so I haven’t seen the courts). In short Sportime handles almost all my recreational needs. I look forward to many more years as a member.

My daughter has been going to group tennis lessons for a few years now. The staff has been fantastic her game has greatly improved, the trainers spend personal time with her to help her with her difficulties an praise her successes. I have been playing Zone at SPORTIME for about 3 years, and this program is great fun and a nice way meet people while getting is some quality court time. It is well run and the facilities are kept in good shape - there are both hard and clay courts in use.

My son Luke has been attending summer camp at Sportime for a few years now and LOVES IT! The camp staff is great and my son loves all the activities especially "Gaga ball", tennis, soccer, swimming & the huge inflatables!!! I would not send him anywhere else! I also play tennis here with several of my girlfriends. Their courts are very well maintained, and I love the bounce on their indoor courts the most of all the courts I have ever played on. I absolutely love it there. The facility is incredible and they offer really fun free play and activities for younger kids which gives me something to do with my 4 year old. They are also very accommodating, my daughter has attachment anxiety and they always try to help her enjoy her time there. The staff are all very friendly and personable. Last summer was the first camp season with sportime. My son had a blast everyday and he is looking forward to returning this summer. He loves seeing his friends from school and making new friends. His favorite part was getting in the pool everyday.

Sportime has been my gym for the past eight years. Friendly staff. I like that’s smaller than most gyms. It is a tad expensive but it’s close by and I like that. Also very clean which is super important to me.

for the most part, i have had a good experience here. It is very expensive though. The employees are very chill and nice. I’ve gone to this gym pretty much everyday for the last two years, and I am going away for the summer in 2 weeks and my membership recently expired. One of the higher ups, named Kristen, is forcing me to pay a full month or to leave, even though I won’t be local for even half a month. Totally disrespectful. She clearly doesn’t care about the people here, and is just looking for the most $ she can get. I don’t want to leave this gym though, I’ve gained so many friendships over the years, including with all the employees, except those that have part ownership in the gym and don’t show their face.

Sportime Kings Park has been a LIFESAVER for me. I had recently retired and needed something recreational in my life. The whole staff is friendly, understanding of time constraints as well as ezmploying the best staff from the reception desk to the pros ! SPORTIME TENNIS practically saved my life ! My daughter signed us up for a lesson as a Christmas gift. Was a fantastic time together. Our instructor Sheldon was amazing! Friendly, professional and an excellent instructor. Learned a lot. Not a clock watcher. Our lesson went over an hour. Very nice staff.

Excellent tennis facility - well maintained hard and har-tru courts, but try to avoid "The Bubble" if possible. Lots of different programs & great league coordinator (Michelle) will get you involved as much as you want. Pricing on the higher end considering membership is required (and it's hard to take advantage of the benefits that don't involve additional fees).

Wanting to play tennis, I finally had the time and the money to reach this goal. Living in Kings Park, Sportime was an easy choice. I visited the club and spoke to the ladies coordinator. She recommended a league even with my hesitation as I have take a few lessons on vacation and hit the ball at the high school for years.

I was placed in a league.

No court test, no lessons, just placed in a league.

One I was not qualified for and had no business being a part of. At first I voiced my concerns and was told I was "athletic" and the ladies in that league are really "nice" so stick with it you will do fine.

I didn't. I found out about ranking when talking to a business colleague about the experience. Not feeling good about this at all, and he asked, what is the league ranking. I didn't know and found out. 3.5. I didn't even know how to score, this placement was just not right.

After being killed week after week and as my enthusiasm waned, I made a stink. Only to be handled badly. They made an offer of a lesson, to make good on the problem (a lesson?) only to have weeks pass without an appointment. They (after several emails) decided to match me more evenly with other players. None of this was sitting right - continue in the league - matched with who?

I quit. I spent a lot of money, was treated disrespectfully and feel that Sportime should really take a good look at the service they provide, or frankly don't.

I am a customer service, quality control and organizational expert. As well as an interested participant in tennis.

Sportime certainly did not provide me with a value in tennis or service.

I will return to tennis, I will not return to Sportime. I hope it was worth the money to them.
