About the Club

Stellar Yoga was created from a place of love to hold space for you to explore your stellar yogic
self.
Our bodies are vessels that carry deep wisdom and intelligence within them. They know how to
heal, how to move, how to breathe, and how to communicate — it's up to us to learn how to
listen.
Stellar Yoga envisions a world where yogis will be confident on and off their mats and
understand how to maintain a sustainable lifelong yogic practice.

I’ve been a member at Stellar Yoga for about a month now, and I already feel so welcome. The studio itself is a warm, bright, and inviting space, and everyone is embraced for who they are, and where they’re at in their yoga journey!

So far I’ve taken classes with Victoria, Henry, and Eden and have had amazing experiences with all of them! Each instructor brings their own unique style to their classes, highlighting their own unique reverence for the practice of yoga.

Victoria has a warm, nurturing presence, and provides a gentle approach that supports her students in feeling at-home in their bodies.

Henry provides knowledge and reverence for the Hatha tradition of yoga, fostering strength, self-trust and resilience in their students.

Eden blends their appreciation for the spiritual aspect of yoga with their creativity, incorporating their music and poetry into their classes. I look forward to taking classes with the other instructors in the coming weeks!

Thai yoga with Victoria has helped me increase the range of motion in an old injury. Broke my leg during COVID and never received physical therapy. The work she is doing is helping me heal and regain that range of motion. Can't recommend enough! Also the space is incredible cozy and welcoming.

Bree's queer yoga classes are a beautiful guide to exploring your own body in a safe and inclusive environment. Can't recommend them enough as well!!

I have been taking classes at this studio since it opened, and it is a wonderful source of stress relief in my busy life. I attend the “chill out” restorative class pretty much every week. I love how the teacher, Victoria, incorporates somatic exercises and breath work into these classes. She also asks everyone how they are feeling at the beginning of class, which allows her to tailor class to the individual needs of her students. I always leave class feeling calmer and breathing deeper. So grateful for this wonderful studio <3

Wow, I cannot recommend this studio enough. It’s such an affordable, clean, welcoming, and beautiful place to practice yoga while also building community.

I recently moved to the New Paltz Area and was blown away by the $69 for an unlimited yoga class pass or $15 for a drop in class. I went to my first drop in class to test it out and bought a monthly on the spot afterwards. Victoria and Bree are incredible teachers that truly help you better yourself while building your yoga practice. 10/10 would always recommend

This gem in New Paltz is amazing. Co-Owner and teacher, Victoria, is incredible and gentle with regenerative yoga practice. It had been many years since I practiced yoga because I found the rooms intimidating and kept getting injured. Victoria is a master teacher, knowledgeable, gentle and able to adapt to the needs of her students. Highly recommend.

So glad I found Stellar Yoga! The studio is so warm and inviting, as are the people I meet each class. Victoria’s classes offer something for everyone and her teaching approach is well rounded and balanced. She takes the time to really help with proper form and alignment so you can honor your body and needs. What I especially love is that she meets you at your level but encourages growth in all ways, and offers you opportunities to challenge yourself, cheering you on all the while. I am so grateful I found Stellar Yoga, and for the community that meets you at the mat each time.
