STEPHSTYLES FITNESS is a fitness only private gym located in Glendale, Queens with now 11+ years of experience Stephanie has been able to build a strong clientele where the ladies have a personalized training program with a clean, comfortable & uplifting environment where the ladies can come in & be able to perform at their best potential.

We offer personal training ONE on ONE
As well as our most popular and best selling SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Both are personalized, which means is very small classes where you are being guided by the trainer the whole session.

I am SO HAPPY I found Steph! Her dedication and knowledge is superb! She pushes you and encourages you to be the best you can. I’ve tried so many other types of workouts and nothing has helped me the way she has. The changes my body has made the past few months are all thanks to her. I had 2 kids and no longer had back or core strength; now I can bend down with my kids and have no pain for the first time in 8yrs!!! My pelvic floor was very weak and with her training it’s gotten so much better. Steph makes sure to focus on your individual strengths and helps you get stronger. My confidence has risen so much these past few months and it’s all thanks to her! She even provides you with a flexible meal plan to help you meet your goals. She is as invested in your goals as you are and she always reminds us that the only person standing in our way is ourselves. I’ve been training with Steph for about 6 months now, and I still can’t believe how much has changed. When I first started, I was under 100 pounds and struggling to gain weight. Now, just six months later, I’m already at 107 and not just gaining weight, but getting stronger every single week and looking so toned.

Hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made was starting my training with Steph. In 5 months, she helped me completely transform my body and my mentality when it came to working out and nutrition. Steph tailors all the workouts to your personal goals and is always so friendly and helpful. It's literally impossible to leave her studio without feeling stronger and more confident... except maybe on leg day haha. My only complaint is that she didn't move out of state with me 😅

I have been training with Steph for just a little over 4 months now and already feel transformed! There’s a huge difference in how I feel and look. I’m so much stronger than I ever thought I could be! Not only does she guide you with the work outs but also gives you a meal plan according to your goal! The gym is amazing! She offers small group workout sessions or one on one sessions! There’s always music playing to keep you moving and motivated and the aesthetics of the gym itself is beautiful. I never thought I would be able to do what she instructs me to do. She is truly fantastic at what she does and is ALWAYS in a great mood which is inspiring!

I have been training with Stef since October 2023, first starting with her online program. Even starting virtually, the level of commitment and attentiveness and true caring nature of Stef as a trainer was apparent. I saw results and was able to really start my health journey. When I finally found time in my schedule to change to her in-person sessions, everything really changed! I learned more about my body, its capabilities, and how I could push my mind and body to be better with her guidance. The welcoming environment and judgement free community has benefited my life in ways that I can’t begin to explain. Everyone in my life sees a difference (“that’s because of her trainer!!”), and I feel and see the difference everyday. Through injuries outside of training, law school, a full time job, and an amazing new training studio!, Stef has been with me through it all and has made me stronger. Every program I have tried, diet, or gym membership does not compare to the benefits I have received from working with Stef. Absolutely no regrets, the best person to ever contribute to my health and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

There aren’t enough words to describe just how much Steph and her training has impacted my life. Steph has helped me grow stronger not only in the gym, but also as a person who has more confidence now than ever before.
Over the span of a few years, I gained 40lbs and needed hand surgery. After surgery, I was looking for someone to hold me accountable in my fitness journey and to push me when I needed it the most. Not only does Steph do all of that, but she is highly educated in her field. If at any point something felt uncomfortable, she immediately noticed what I was doing wrong and corrected my form to prevent injuries. I needed that guidance after surgery and Steph NEVER missed a beat.
I can honestly say I never had a good balance between my personal life, exercise, and nutrition because my mindset was always all or nothing. Now 2 years into my fitness journey and all that has changed thanks to Steph because she teaches you how to live a healthy lifestyle without feeling like you have to go hard 24/7. Straight to the point, there’s no trainer out there like Steph. You give her a goal and she gets you to that goal. She stands on her word to push you and remind you of the goals you want to reach. From being an athlete my whole life and always working out to not working out at all, you can say I am a person that has a very hard time working out alone. But Steph has really made this lifestyle change for me so much fun and easier than I ever thought it would be. Before starting with Steph I hit rock bottom, just 3 months of consistent training and I was starting to feel like myself again. 3 years later and I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been. Steph provides a program for you that will keep you on track but also allows room for your personal life. That was something that stood out to me the most about Steph and her program. Most people think you have to be so strict and do all this clean eating to reach your goals, well Steph’s program will show you otherwise. Steph is a knowledgeable trainer and a true professional. I’ve been working with her consistently for exactly one year, and have witnessed how organized and committed she is to her clients. Although I go to the gym regularly on my own, I did not start to see real changes in my body until I began working with her because she challenged me and taught me how to start lifting. I’ve lost 13 pounds this past year, and gained so much muscle!

My favorite part about working with her, is how understanding, yet honest she is. She doesn’t tease you or shame you into fitness to “push you”- (like a lot of trainers do these days), but instead she encourages you and is always super positive, knowledgeable, and welcoming. All while TEACHING you. it’s very refreshing! I definitely recommend learning from her whether you’re a beginner or a regular at the gym who wants to challenge themselves.

I have been training with Steph for 2.5 years between 3-4 times a week. In this time I have made incredible strides and progress in my physical strength, health and muscle composition. As someone who started from scratch and was not consistently working out, I attribute all of my advancement to Steph’s leadership and training. I came to Steph after years of sitting at a desk job and suffering from routine migraines and neck pain which were attributed to a weakened back and poor posture. Steph created a customized training plan for me and incorporated upper body workouts to target and strengthen my back and fix my rounded shoulders. My constant headaches and neck pain have now disappeared and that’s thanks to Steph’s training and guidance. A big perk has also been working out in a women’s only environment. The group fitness classes are fun yet intimate (no more than 4 people), and the women are friendly and supportive. I know that working out and training on my own would not be nearly as productive. Steph is always attentive, patient and interested in helping me progress. I am pushed during each of our sessions with the goal of advancing and becoming stronger each day. Thanks to Steph’s training and expertise, I look and feel better than I ever have.

I had to beggg her to get me in….. this studio is quietly becoming the hardest studio to get into. The studio is cozy and has amazing energy. She has private and semi-private appointment ONLY classes. Stephanie is dare I say, the best instructor I have ever taken, not only in Queens but also Manhattan. She is athletic, ultra knowledgeable about the body and the sessions are super customized and challenging. The best way to describe it is the perfect combo of hard and feel good. I started my fitness journey with Steph in April of 2023 and stopped in May 2024 due to certain circumstances. But, It was the best decision I ever made! She takes the time with each client to express goals and properly explain each exercise and proper form. Anyone who says Disney is the happiest place on earth obviously they haven’t been to Steph styles fitness studio. This studio has brought me an inner happiness I thought I’d never have. Being fit isn’t only about lifting heavy weights it’s all about the mind to muscle connection and by learning so I was able to shake my anxiety and stress feel more relaxed and happy with myself. She offers a great program customized to your needs and gives you a 24/7 support system that gets you over the hump and has you running back. It’s a small class size or you can take a one - one class (I’ve done both). I love working out and the both inner and outer strength I never knew I had. I lost close to 60 lbs working out with Steph and I have never looked better. I’m able to wear things I never thought I would , especially as a mom. Choosing to work out at that studio has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Steph is the absolute best and the best trainer anyone can ask for! She is so knowledgeable , sweet and patient! I have been coming for almost 2 years already and I am so happy with the results! I have gotten leaner and more toned with muscle. I love that the classes are max 4 girls and every girl has their own plan tailored to their goals. She always takes time to explain to us the exercise and is always checking our form. I love showing up because it keeps me accountable and I don’t have to think about what exercises I have to do, Steph plans that all out for me as long as a meal plan! The studio is only girls, and she has a lot of variety of machines and free weights! She always has a smile on her face and is so great to work with! I have been training with Steph for almost 5 years. When I started I was at my lowest point. I was an athlete my whole life and over covid I did not exercise and had horrible eating habits.
