About the Club

Strength of Change is a small fitness center designed to empower individuals through strength training, conditioning, and self-love. Led by Jessica Nicholas, the center fosters a supportive and motivating environment where members can challenge themselves, build confidence, and cultivate inner strength.

She believes in you when you don't believe in yourself and makes every workout fun, even when you feel like giving up. Jess brings to the game a realistic, effective approach to reach your goals. Rather than the unrealistic claims of many weightloss or fitness gyms, Jess has a holistic approach and customizes fitness and nutrition for each individual client. I have seen so much progress since having Jess as my coach. Jess makes me feel strong and motivated to continue to reach my goals. She has me lifting more than I've ever lifted before, losing lbs and I've lost almost 7 inches! All while NOT starving myself and instead being intuitive with my body. I would reccommend Jess to anyone looking for a manageable lifestyle change. She is THE BEST!!

Jessica’s food plan makes you want to cook and enjoy food. Takes what you like to eat and builds a plan that works for you as the individual because she listens. Love the atmosphere when working out in the group classes with Jess! No judgement, just pure support and drive! Even if you’re out of shape or don’t normally workout, you fit right in! The movements are easy to follow along in person or through zoom. Jess provides us with different ways to do each movement, either to make things more challenging or to simplify the movements. Different weight options are available also to add more weight for many of the movements as well. Outdoor sessions during the spring/summer are the best! Relaxing views with a kick butt workout! Come join us!

I mer Jess a few years back and as a personal trainer, she is the best!
Jess is not your typical personal trainer. She gets to know you as an individual. This is not just a business for her, she wants to go hand on hand with us in our journey to a healthier life.
She does the workouts with us and becomes the best cheerleader to keep us pushing through. Her exercises are so personalized to our needs and her nutrition plan is easy to follow and accesible for the busy lifestyles also.

Jess was made for training! I work out every day at the gym. Hard. And one class with this girl had me sore for three days. She will push you to do things you wouldn’t do on your own, and make sure you have the correct form to maximize your gains.
