SEG is a results-focused fitness brand aimed at helping people achieve optimal health and fitness goals. SEG offers a unique workout methodology, integrating Strongman training techniques into a variety of exercise modalities to achieve desired outcomes. As a transformation gym, SEG includes health coaching, facilitated by certified health coaches to ensure fitness, health and weight loss results.

Training with Coach Carter at Strong Evolution Gym has been nothing short of life-changing! I’ve been working with him for over two years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a trainer who pushes me the way he does while truly taking the time to understand my body, my muscles, and my goals.
He’s the perfect balance. He’ll challenge you and hold you accountable, but he also makes training fun. Every session is intentional and tailored to what I need, not some cookie-cutter routine. That kind of dedication to your growth and health is rare, and it’s what makes him an incredible coach and trainer.
Strong Evolution Gym itself is a gem. Personal, intimate, and distraction-free. The vibe is unmatched, the energy is positive, the music is always on point, and you get the attention you deserve. It’s not just about working out. It’s about evolving into your strongest self.

Coach Carter is amazing! He takes the time to get to know you and your goals and creates a plan to help you meet them. He pushes in a way that’s encouraging, but challenging and holds you accountable not just in the gym, but outside of it as well with daily habits. He also plays your preferred genre of music during your sessions so that’s a fun addition! 10/10 recommend

I just dropped in for a class and instantly loved it here! Coach Carter was super attentive and customized a varied and challenging workout for me and another woman who was visiting the gym for the first time. His coaching style is very empowering and his expertise is evident. I had a lot of fun with the strong (wo)man exercises and left feeling a little taller and stronger than when I came in. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a functional workout without any gimmicks.

I really could not recommend the training and facilities offered by Coach Carter enough. I've had a lot of different trainers over the years, but Coach Carter is by far the best one. He took the time to learn about my body and all the various injuries that I have to make sure we were training safely. He always listened to my concerns, educated me on my form/performance, and corrected my misconceptions about weight training. Also, once he saw my abilities and understood that I like a hard workout to challenge me, that is exactly what I got! Coach is passionate about fitness, the right mindset, and being healthy, and it was a treat that I looked forward to every week to train with him. All this to say, you can't find a better, more positive trainer out there!!

I’ve been using coach carter for the last 2+ years, and can’t speak highly enough of how he trains you. As a former athlete in great shape, I was always against paying a trainer. It wasn’t until a tore my shoulder at the age of 30 when i thought all hope was lost of bulking up again due to injury. Coach first worked on strengthening my core, shoulder and ensuring my form was perfect (spoiler, it wasn’t) to prevent re-injury. Shortly after that we got into power lifting, doing exercises I’ve only seen on tv and would definitely hurt myself attempting solo. At 40 I’m just as strong as my mid 20’s, have no shoulder pain from doing the right exercises with perfect form and have added 10+ lbs of muscle.
