SWEAT WITH SALLY (Studio 8) is a boutique fitness studio offering The Lagree Fitness Training Method in Dutchess County. Sally brings you 50 minutes of inspiring music, muscle quivering and total body conditioning. Developed for both men and women, The Lagree Fitness Training Method is the only workout that effectively combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core and flexibility training not only in one session but also in each and every move. Studio 8 is introducing the Megaformer M3S designed by the Lagree Fitness creator/visionary Sebastien Lagree. The exclusive workout on the Megaformer is effective and intense on the muscles, but low-impact and safe on the joints, spine and connective tissue.

Sweat With Sally is a superb place to work out - you’re guaranteed to sweat, shake, and be challenged by one of the best trainers in the country. Sally is dynamic, unstoppable, completely one of a kind, and beyond enthusiastic. She pushes you to the point where you’d never willingly push yourself, and helps you succeed there. 10/10 and then some.

Was a great class. Problem is, if you ever have an incident/ surgery, like I did, that required a period of surgical recovery that exceeds your classes expiration period, you lose your classes. That equals lost money to me $138 dollars roughly. What makes matters worse is the owner ignores your communications (emails, phone calls and instant messages) when trying to determine whether or not she will return those classes. After 4 unanswered emails, 5 unanswered phone messages and 1 unanswered face book message I still do not know if she would have returned them, but the poor response/lack of response is enough for me to rate poor. I will definitely not recommend this studio to anybody who may ever have a injury, illness or need surgery unless you got money to burn.

The BEST workout! If you're seeking a challenge, you'll find it here. The core-engaging exercises on the Megaformer are taught by talented, thoughtful, dynamic instructors who are skilled at cueing, adapting, and modifying movement when necessary. They keep you moving and sweating - guaranteed you'll be feeling it the next day (in a great way)! Oh and they play awesome music!!! I highly recommend this studio.

Sally is awesome! It was such a great, full-body workout. I do Lagree workouts a lot but was still sore the next day. Sally was motivating and funny while she kicked my butt! The studio is clean and beautiful. I wish I lived closer to go more often.

Incredible workout! I’ve worked out for years and have struggled with “overuse” injuries. This method gives you an intense, time efficient workout without the impact. This is not only a total body workout, it’s also an exercise in mindfulness because you really focus on the muscles you’re working. It’s probably the only hour of my day that my mind is not racing.

The instructors are all welcoming and encouraging. Each has a different style but they all push you to your limit while focusing on form. They all explain the purpose of each move and offer modifications to pull back a little or to challenge yourself. Either way you will be feeling it the next day, in a good way.

Cute, clean, bright studio. Great music. Effective workout.

I love this place! The best workout ever. Every class is very challenging and helps push you to your shake. The instructors are very motivating and the music is great. It is like no other workout. You will see changes in your body very quickly. Full body workout in an hour - including cardio.

Studio 8 is by far the most comprehensive workout you'll ever get. You are in constant tension and will use muscles you didn't know you had. All the instructors are amazing and the music and their motivation will keep you working hard until the very end. This has changed my body and for the first time in my life I can see my oblique muscles!I can't recommend Studio 8 enough! Love this place!
