This gym is fantastic! It has everything you need for a well-structured strength or hypertrophy program, and it’s easily one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to.

The keypad entry gives it an exclusive feel, and there are usually only a few other people working out at a time, which makes for a comfortable and focused environment. Everyone is respectful of both the space and each other.

The owner, Eden, is wonderful—you can tell she puts a lot of time and effort into making the gym top-notch. She’s constantly adding new equipment and attachments. She’s usually on-site, but even if she’s not, she’s very accessible and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.

Overall, it’s the best gym I’ve been to in Great Neck. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing, Eden is very passionate and has amazing energy. She’s truly a motivation and is meant to do this. The gym is always dirty, and the owner, Eden, is very rude. She doesn’t seem to have any knowledge about training or dieting; she just sits there eating donuts and She also bagged everyone to write a good review, then gave them a $15 credit—that’s ridiculous! This place feels more like a kindergarten than a gym. While I was working out, kids were running around the equipment, which seems unsafe and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Repeat customer here! I trained with Eden when she first opened Studio E Fitness back in November 2022 and was excited to return for another training package when she ran her Fall Specials in 2024. I look forward to our sessions and feel great when I walk out. The gym looks great, the equipment is in excellent condition, and I love the intimate environment of a studio gym. I had a groupon for personal training and overall had a good experience. The gym itself is amazing - has all the equipment you could need for a great workout and is very clean and well-kept. However, I had a bad experience with the gym membership. I was told there would be an online system for selecting a time slot to come into the gym and this wasn't actually available when I signed up. I had to text Eden on the day I wanted to come in to make sure I could come in at specific times, and while a lot of it went smoothly, I often had to wait a long time for a response or text multiple times. I understand that she is juggling a lot but it was unreliable.

I was going to renew my membership last week and stick with it since I understood that it isn't easy managing so many clients but the last 2 times I went to the gym after confirming that it would be open, no one was there. I rang and called and texted with no response. I still have not received any response to my last text. I come from Queens and adjusted my personal schedule so that I could make time to go to this gym. It's very disappointing and unprofessional.

I’m staying in NY for a few weeks and needed a gym so I didn’t fall off my routine. Came across this gem and I have no regrets! Love the option to commit month by month rather than annually. I took my first bootcamp class here a few days ago and I LOVED it! This class totally changed my mind about group fitness classes. The facility is very spacious and clean, the trainer was helpful and motivating, and the small class size allowed for the trainer to help me out when I needed instruction.
