Our signature Shred classes are Pilates-inspired reformer workouts with a twist. They are designed to build strength, boost endurance, and fire up your core, no matter your fitness level. Whether you're a total newbie or a seasoned reformer pro, our trainers will meet you where you are and help you level up.

Studio Metamorphosis is my favorite neighborhood workout and easily the best reformer Pilates studio I’ve ever been to. It’s so much better than SLT or Solidcore. The classes feel personal, the sequences and transitions are intentional and challenging, and it’s the best 45-minute full-body workout you can get. The instructors are amazing, so attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping everyone improve / get stronger. I feel so lucky to have this spot in the neighborhood.

Great instructors who teach classes that are challenging in a good way! But the five stars are for the amazing support — I didn’t realize my class pack had expired and so I asked if I could get those classes back in order to start a more consistent routine this summer. They gave me a courtesy extension which was so nice (some NYC studios can be inflexible, so annoying when classes nowadays are expensive!). But Morph was understanding. Here’s to hoping those classes will now help me with that restart. Thank you again!!

I’m a solidcore girly but this might be my new go-to! It’s just as hard and good of a workout but in a more supportive environment/less aggressive. Highly recommend

Safe & effective workout! I wasn’t the type of person who loves to exercise. What I like about reformer Pilates is it’s based on slow movements that emphasize proper form to be effective unlike other exercise that focus on quick repetitive movements which makes people more prone to injury. After ~10 classes, there was a noticeable change in my body & my pant size dropped
Nowadays I like to exercise while I travel. I’ve discovered that Studio Morph has the BEST workout - HANDS DOWN! Others pale in comparison & I find myself disappointed after a workout elsewhere. Other studios do not offer the same technique, skill, & expertise of this Los Angeles-based pilates studio.
I’ve been to Morph’s LA and Pasadena locations & can attest that the instructors in Brooklyn are as high-caliber as the ones in Pasadena & LA. New Yorkers are lucky to have this style of reformer pilates here & get whipped into shape (you don’t even know it yet 😉) - promise it is money well spent

After a long time going to SolidCore, I decided to give Morph a try on one of their community days. I was completely blown away by the amount of care the instructors give to students to make sure they understand the moves and have great form. Highly recommend to both people new to pilates and seasoned vets alike. Shout out to Steph for being a great instructor!

I started pilates for the first time when studio metamorphosis opened its location in Brooklyn in March. I have been going 2-3 times weekly ever since. I am hooked. The first class was definitely hard but all the instructors are so welcoming and really give you the attention you need. If you need modifications or are not in the correct form they will come show you. I saw myself get stronger and toned after about 2 weeks of going. I am a dental hygienist and my work puts a lot of stress on my back, shoulders, and neck. Since incorporating these classes into my routine I have seen my posture get a lot better at work which has led to less strain on my body. I am the kind of person who gets intimidated by work out classes but I’m so glad I went. The vibe is very welcoming, lots of natural light, and super clean. Also instructors always have great playlists.
