I am hesitant to write this review because I fear once everyone else find out just how amazing this pole and lyra studio is I'm not gonna find any space.
But if we dont share the things we love they run the risk of them disappearing.
I can't say enough good things about Studio 7. Ive been there about 3 months now and in that time I went from awkward with no upper body strength to less awkward with some incredible back and arm muscles.
I've had the pleasure of being taught by both SJ and Lisa. They're supportive, knowledgeable and have a passion for lyra and pole that is evident in how they teach.
The studio is warm and welcoming to all who want to learn. Affordable classes and such a fun place to learn and get into shape.

Took an intro level lyra group class with the founder. Sarahjane is a fantastic instructor—warm, patient, supportive! Plus the studio itself has such a great vibe and attracts a nice community of students. Highly recommend!

I've been lucky enough to be able to take a couple of Sarahjane's Beginner Pole classes and the experience was educational, safe, and a ton of fun! Her space is cozy, welcoming, and clean. Sarahjane is an excellent instructor, being encouraging while letting you know what needs adjustment. I recommend her and this studio to anyone and everyone! I can't wait to try other classes and instructors there.

Studio No. 7 is truly a great place to begin & continue learning pole. I began pole here a few months back & attend every week. I have little to no fitness background but in these classes, I’ve built up lots of strength. I love the pole, choreo & heels classes that are offered. Sarahjane is very effective in her teaching skills. She will make you feel very comfortable with doing anything that can feel very vulnerable. My experience here has been extremely delightful& I can’t wait to excel more in pole with the help of SarahJane. I recommend to anybody to sign up for classes, you will not be disappointed.

I couldn’t recommend studio no 7 enough. The studio has the most welcoming vibes, and Sarahjane is a super supportive instructor. From the start of my journey till now I’ve been nothing but encouraged to try new things from dancing pole, lyra, or other fun pop up classes offered. I’ve made a group of great friends within the community along aside of doing something I love! I highly recommend stopping by and doing a class

as a beginner, never taken a pole class in my life. SarahJane was the best instructor! Her studio is clean and beautiful, she’s professional, fun and patient. I took choreo by candlelight, which was so calm and relaxing. I did things I never thought I was capable of, and it was a really good workout. She is such a strong and beautiful dancer. Will be going back!
