I am active duty military visiting Owego for work, and found myself in Endwell to take advantage of the reasonably-priced weekly pass from the friendly and easy going owner, Austin. I always love these small-scale gyms that still have everything you need for comprehensive workouts, with the ability to mix things up, and plenty of cardio machines. Clean facility, nice back room for kinetic workouts with mats, weighted balls, and kettle bells, and just an overall great atmosphere. Thanks again, Austin!

Love it! Left another bigger, way more expensive gym to come here because of new ownership. Immediately felt welcomed and love the gyms equipment mix, vibe and owners. Traffic is spread out enough so that there is flexibility to workout out at a wide array of times for machine availability. Highly recommend!

I found this gym 1 year ago, it is clean, open 24/7 and has wonderful manager. It has a good variety of upper body Hammer Strength equipment, lots of cables & racks. However, it is lacking in the leg equipment. It could use a real standing squat & more plate loaded leg machines. Seems like there is always someone on the 1 plate loaded leg press.

The Manager Kristy does a magnificent job at keeping the gym clean. Wonderful job at attending to people with fixing their membership and signing them up. So nice to everyone and always will stop what she’s doing to help someone with what they need. The only thing this place is missing is leg machines plate loaded specifically.

Gets the job done.
Machine's are a tad to close to each other, the bathroom is bleak.

He always makes sure that everything is clean and spends a lot of the time to making sure the equipment is sanitized. My spot. Good ppl. Good gym. Straight forward layout to get work in.🏋️‍♀️ I miss the heavy bag 🥊but the striking column does the trick. Speed bag isn't bad. Any type of machine in the world is there. good treadmills and endless free weights, some lifting stations. locker room with showers. top notch --- Superior for sure 💪

Great local place. The owner (I assume?) seems to always be there and if he's not greeting you by name he's walking around wiping down equipment.

I use the free weight mostly and they're always in order. Even though the place is small compared to some other gyms there's always plenty of equipment and spaces.

I love this gym. It's always clean, everything is always in working order. The owner Andy is a joy to speak with. He cares greatly for your experience at his gym and will go above and beyond. He's added beautiful touches to the gym decor, as well as brought in top notch trainers. Spin classes are also offered a couple nights a week. There are showers and lockers. There is even a handicap friendly bathroom. All the folks you will meet at this gym are serious about their health. Everyone's a motivational support system. I had lost over 40 lbs and people I may not have always talked to noticed. It's a great place in a convenient location. I suggest you check it out.

Andy has done a great job with this place. I walked in before with the previous ownership and felt like I had to take a shower when I left. He tried to sell me like a used car salesman. I highly recommend this gym for the value and equipment. Andy is constantly on the go cleaning!

Down in the greater Binghamton area for work often. As a fitness enthusiast I’ve looked at all the gyms around here... this is the best one by a mile. Clean, well-maintained equipment. Knowledgeable staff. Mulitude of workout options for all types of fitness skill levels and goals. I have been in and out of gyms for quite some time now and I will have to say that Train Hard is the absolute best facility that I have trained in.
Pros: Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean bright training areas. Clean locker area. Clean well maintained equipment. Full complement of dumbbells and barbells. Plenty of cardio equipment.
Cons: None

I cannot imagine a time when there would be too many people to fill or use all the equipment. I can go on and on. You have to see it and use the facility and equipment to truly appreciate it.

Would I recommend Train Hard to a friend? Yes I would

I joined THF within the first week it opened. I am loving the fact it is so close to home which makes it easy and convenient to workout. This was a HUGE asset to the area. The staff is AWESOME. No matter what time of day I am there I always feel comfortable. THF offers a non-intimidating and family atmosphere. I've seen whole families working out together. I've NEVER seen this at any fitness center in the area. I've enjoyed all the classes; cross training, boot camp, kick boxing and spin. I've done one-on-one personal training and loved the results. This gym is a great asset to our community. It has a nice assortment of both cardio and strength training equipment, as well as a classroom for various classes and uses. It is conveniently located and the hours are pretty well encompassing. The gym is kept clean and all the equipment is good quality and in good working order. The staff are helpful, friendly and courteous; they make a genuine effort to get to know their members, which gives the gym a more homey/family type feel. Joining this gym has had a positive impact on my health and well being since it is easy to get to and not intimidating to keep coming back. It has had a good part in changing my life for the better. I definitely recommend it to anyone at any fitness level, there is something for everyone.
