We call our classes an interval training experience because they are about more than just working out. Sweat Spot was founded by two trainers who have a passion for helping people move well and feel unstoppable. Our sessions are expertly crafted to give you an effective workout that will leave you feeling challenged and accomplished. Each 45 minute sweat session is designed to meet the needs of any and every BODY who walks through our doors. Our mission will always be to help people lead a stronger and healthier life.

I went for about a year and seriously loved it—especially thanks to the amazing trainers Dana & Veronica! They knew my name (huge for accountability), helped with modifications when needed, and pushed me in the best way. I got muscles I didn’t even know I could get 💪 The workouts def live up to the name—you will SWEAT—but in the best, most rewarding way. The facility is super clean, and the music always had good vibes. Had to pause my membership for a bit but honestly might be back soon!!

First let me say that I am a person with like 3 or four gym memberships. However, The Sweat Spot has changed my perspective on what it means to get a quick, effective workout. With magnificent coaches who are dedicated to their craft and are SO attentive to making sure that the workouts are accessible to all fitness levels, Sweat Spot is the place to be. The coaches meet you where you are every single day and are wholly invested in your development and growth as an athlete—which I really appreciate. I don’t know how they do it, but they are laser focused to make sure that all members have correct form to prevent injury and promote safety every time they coach a class. Additionally, no two days are ever there sane at the Sweat Spot, so you can always be sure that you’ll partake in a challenging interval workout like none other no matter what day you choose to attend. My personal favorite day is the Sprint Day!! So 1000% check it out. Also: you can workout in socks…which I love so much. Changes the lifting game for sure.

One of my favorite places to sweat! The classes are intimate but the energy in the room is great! Dana and Kayla are always so helpful and patient whether you are looking to push yourself or need some help perfecting things. Also they have Sunday classes!!! 🤩

The Sweat Spot is perfect for my workout needs! I have gone to classes with 3 different fitness instructors and they were all excellent. The classes were diverse so you are doing a different workout every time. Also, the instructors take the time to show you the proper movements for the exercises. Exercise is not something I enjoy, but I am all in at The Sweat Spot!! Thank you Dana and Kayla for starting this amazing business!

The Sweat Spot is the perfect gym. The smart and innovative program combines strength training with high intensity interval cardio in a 45 minutes workout that is fun and invigorating every single time. I am almost 50 years old and even though I’ve been an athlete most of my life, I have never felt fitter after two months here. And I am learning so much about strength training which I am new to but is so important for women. The space is inclusive and welcoming, with very personal and patient attention from the coaches who prioritize form and movement so you gain strength with very little risk of injury. In fact, aches and pains from old injuries have gone away as I’ve become stronger at the Sweat Spot. I love every minute I am in the gym and the results are amazing.
