I am so grateful to have such a wonderful, cozy, connected place to do yoga so nearby. Anna’s classes are varied and speak to what me (and my friends and community) need on a weekly basis. Anna also provides sweet modifications for when our bodies are feelin differently in a day.

When I want something to center me in power, I attend power yoga. When I need something restorative theres yin yoga and restorative. When I want to tap into flow or my animal side I go to Jake’s primal movement classes. My favorite is Anna’s double Vinyasa flow on Wednesdays. She really has such good classes, I feel nourished after them and find myself smiling a lot during the flow.

They have extra blocks and pillows to share - cozy lighting and an atmosphere that says, “it’s ok to be you, here, be in this moment with us” and Jake’s art brings something so special to the studio! I love my free print every month.

In addition to the yoga their open mic (community expression event on their calendar!) is a delightful time. I highly recommend a membership at this studio or at least stoping by and trying something new. Anna and Jake’s commitment to community and a wonderful space is so easy to feel and see. Even playing shows here as a performer is a delightful time. Thank you Anna and Jake!

They did a day of the wedding private group class for us, with a lovely mix of relaxation, flow, yin - it was perfection!

I had a private session with my wedding party the day before my wedding. It was an amazing experience! When we walked in, Anna greeted us and made us comfortable. The session was relaxing, uplifting and the perfect way to kick off wedding activities. I look forward to returning again.

Sweet & Sar yoga studio is fantastic. The energy is safe and accepting, the vibes are transcendent, and the community space is beautiful. Anna does a great job instructing the class in a motivational and accepting way. Anna wows me every time I show up to class. For context I bought a membership for this studio BEFORE my first ever yoga class because I needed commitment. Well boy did I win the lottery, this is exactly what I needed! Bravo to Sweet & Sar for creating such a wonderful space.

P.S. The walls are filled with LOCAL artwork. (I’ve heard you may even catch the artist there sometimes)

This studio is such a gem of fort plain! The atmosphere is perfect! The studio is adorable! I went for my first class tonight and the class was great. Also had props like a block, and a pillow and even mats there! They also had fresh flavored water. It was such a comfortable place and the class and instructor was amazing!!! 💕
