The Synergy in Great Neck, NY, is your premier GYROTONIC® and Gyrokinesis® studio. Our certified instructors provide personalized guidance in this unique movement method, blending ballet, yoga, tai chi, and swimming into flowing, circular, and spiraling motions that boost joint mobility and energize the body. Gyrotonic uses specialized equipment to support your body, while Gyrokinesis is mat/chair-based. both methods are good for internal strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Perfect for athletes, dancers, golfers, and anyone seeking dynamic movement or injury prevention.
Also we are teaching Ballroom and latin dancing for any levels, from beginners to competitive dancers.

I started Gyrotonic® sessions with Artur and couldn’t be happier! He makes each session enjoyable while still challenging me, and as a result, I’ve become healthier, more flexible, and stronger. I also leave every session feeling more energized.

I truly enjoyed the classes that I had with Arthur at 8 Bond Street. Great Neck. He is knowledgeable in the field. Helps me with my posture and flexibility. It also increased my energy level. I become a better dancer as well. I would recommend this class to all my friends.

After retiring from ballroom dance career, I struggled to find a way to stay strong and flexible while actually enjoying my workouts—honestly, the gym just feels dull. Best exercise on the market!!! I have danced Latin dance with Artur for over twelve years, and I couldn’t be happier with the classes at Synergy. Artur is an expert in human anatomy, strength and flexibility building, and movement and control. I trust him completely to protect me from injury while pushing me to challenge myself. The addition of Gyrotonic training elevated my dancing capabilities instantaneously — I literally saw improvement within minutes of certain repetitions. Gyrotonic Session Review
I recently experienced my first Gyrotonic session in the new studio and it was a revelation in movement and body awareness. Gyrotonic, which combines elements of yoga, pilates, and dance, uses specialized equipment designed to guide the body through smooth, flowing motions.
The instructor emphasized breathing and fluidity, creating a rhythm that was both calming and invigorating. The movements were circular and three-dimensional. Unlike traditional workouts that can feel rigid or linear, this felt more like a dance—a dynamic expression of strength and flexibility.
The equipment itself was fascinating. It had adjustable resistance and intuitive designs that supported my body while encouraging a full range of motion. It was challenging yet gentle, making it suitable for all levels of fitness.
