Rock climbing gymAbout the Club
Bouldering is a form of rock climbing without the use of ropes or harnesses. Indoor “problems” (a sequence of moves to reach the top), are set above thick mats. They allow you comfortably climb to exciting heights. While indoor bouldering, you will train and challenge your mind, balance, technique, and muscles all over your body. Rid yourself of stress, and get plenty of exercise with this fun form of fitness.
Table Rock Bouldering is a new climbing facility for the local community. The social space is suitable for anyone seeking elevated fun. Newcomers and experts will be challenged with this unique form of fitness. We encourage learning to climb in a positive atmosphere.

Drove from Utica to try "Bouldering". Staff was super friendly and helpful- From ensuring shoes fit properly, falling techniques, and rating systems. All the other climbers were friendly and respectful. The space is small, but they use it extremely well. 100% will return again. Worth the drive!

Excellent bouldering. Small gym with everything you need. Many challenging routes with a few beginner problems to solve as well. Nice community.

This is a great bouldering gym! It's small in comparison to what I'm used to but there were a lot of fun problems when I went. I really enjoyed the setting style and getting to climb with some of the regular folks there. Everyone was kind and welcoming and I will definitely go again if I'm ever back in the area.

Been a climber here about 2 years, and can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet! Fantastic community with a somewhat rotating but always supportive and friendly group of regulars. Old school, plywood style bouldering with consistently high quality and regularly updated (roughly one wall per week) sets. Moonboard and spray wall available for more intensive training, as well as some other accessories.
Can’t recommend more to any climber in the area or even just passing through!
And, aside from all the above, always a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for those new to the sport or just trying it out for fun. Kids welcome and birthday party reservations are available. Shoes can be rented at the desk, all for a reasonable price.
Highly recommend!

They do a really nice job with space available. Doesn’t feel too crowded no matter the time or day.
Lots of creative route setting with a nice variety of types of climbs. All skill levels will feel comfortable; staff and other climbers are encouraging, welcoming, and will offer tips on technique or solutions to boulders if you want the help.
Take the family for a quick, cheap, and unique experience or go to shred if you are a veteran climber.

Great little gym. The people are really nice, the setting is good and it’s well priced. Despite its small size, it has some great training tools for serious climbers like a moon board and a good spray wall. It’s size is a little limiting, but the space really makes the most of it. Worth checking out if you are in the area.

Table Rock is my home-away-from-home. The gym may be small but the space is utilized to the fullest. The route setting is high quality, and the staff is welcoming and engaging. This is usually one of my first stops when making a trip to Oneonta.

When I first walked into the space I was a little skeptical due to the size. I am not a great climber but I have been to quite a few gyms and this is the smallest bouldering gym I have ever been to.
After about 40 minutes of warming up and getting to know the space I really started to fall in love. The setters here have done a really good job at utilizing every bit of space that they have available and cattering to every skill level. I live in Texas and don't get up this way very often but I will be sure to visit as much as possible.

An excellent addition to town for young professionals looking to challenge their body and mind. So psyched to have such an awesome bouldering gym in my hometown! Great location, great staff, great prices, great people and great problems. I prefer climbing here even over bigger fancier gyms. Small hometown feel for sure. Come climb or start climbing here I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

Super duper little gym with good setting, fun problems, and many kid-friendly features. Great place for experienced and new climbers alike. Not an intimidating environment like some climbing gyms. Would be a fun place for a kid's birthday party, as there is an interesting tunnel system that kids seem to love. Employees are very helpful and friendly, and the space is really clean (unlike many gyms). Overall great vibe!
