I recently completed Tah's No BS Basic Strength Program. Working with Tah was such a pleasure. His support, expertise, and feedback were excellent and I learned so much during my time with him. I decided to do the challenge because I'd been out of my physical practice and routine for so long that I wasn't sure where to begin again. I was feeling discouraged and disconnected when I started the challenge. After four weeks of strength training and support, I'm feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to my body than I have in years.

Tah created a solid structure and instructions for beginners. The environment felt safe, supportive, and encouraging and I enjoyed having an accountability buddy and staying connected to the rest of the group via Facebook. The app was easy to use and helpful to track progress along the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH TAH!

I’ve followed Tah & Kole for a while & have been long inspired by their promoting b*llshit free creation of your own reality & owning how you live your life!

When I saw Tah had created a NO BS Basic Strength program & had the opportunity to do it - I JUMPED!!! What an incredible opportunity!

I lost a ton of weight via diet over the last few years, after a c section & then had a wrist/shoulder/SI joint injury in January - I realllllllllly needed to start getting my strength & tone back but was so weak for basic stuff most adults can do that I didn’t know where to start. I had attempted joining a gym & seeing a trainer, explained all of my issues & goals. Worked out the first day & could barely walk out of the gym. Which led to almost 2 weeks of being barely physically functional. From ONE 30 min workout with someone I thought understood my then current level of strength & fitness. I felt hopeless because I couldn’t even start going to the gym, something I had spent 3ish hours doing almost daily only a handful of years prior. Of course I could walk, take walks, even some hiking, but none of that was helping me gain strength or tone back.

I started this program with minimum expectations from myself. Thinking I’d need to do lots of things modified - & I did; at first!!! Then somewhere in just week 2 - I felt myself stronger, less than 2 weeks here ya’ll!! I was able to plank. For 30 seconds. Then longer. When the first time I tried on day 2, I couldn’t even position myself right without incredible strain on my neck & shoulders because my whole body strength, core & posture & tone - was so poor & weak.

The whole experience was amazing from this easy to use app that you track your workouts & see your assignments, record your weight+measurements & even upload progress photos to browse as you progress! I had an accountability partner who helped keep me motivated who was also doing the program - Tah was also available any time to answer literally ANY questions, give advice, watch your form & reccomend any chance ups or modifications as necessary! Everyone doing the challenge is in a supportive FB group so it really felt like a community & group of friends supporting & encouraging each other along the way. So glad I took this opportunity!

I can’t even believe what I accomplished in 4 weeks! The change was so vast that even my chiropractor noticed a difference in my posture & alognment! Incredible. From someone who felt like they were caving in on themselves side sleeping, to doing push ups & planks, 100’s of crunches easy as ever & various types of squats like it’s nothing. All from the comfort of my own home, with minimal equipment. I used a 5lb kettlebell & exercise band from target - I could’ve gotten by with a filled water bottle no joke! No equipment or gym necessary to do any of it though I do reccomend a yoga mat for planks if you have hard floors LOL! The order & sequence of the workouts & areas worked keep you challenged but never weak to do the next days exercises. Tah really has mastered planning this all out. It’s truly amazing!! He knows a lot & is incredibly well versed in the human body at any stage of fitness & wellness, which is difficult to find - often times very fit people, don’t know or understand how hard it is to start out from below your average “entry” fitness level (like my experience at the gym) but that’s what THIS specific workout system is about. Literally almost anyone can do it & should!

Invest in yourself. I’m grateful. I made a pact to myself to make coffee at home (no starshmucks) & not eat out for an entire month (which I really never do anyway) to afford it - mostly the coffee lol. Easy shift in finances & double beneficial even! Score! I’m excited to see what will be in 8 more weeks, 20lbs to goal weight, toning up in progress & feeling physically worth it already. I’d do it all over again, for solely how I feel based on 4 weeks in! So grateful for this - I really didn’t have much hope on even getting strong enough to START working out anytime soon, & here I am 🤩🙌💫

I am an RN who works in a very busy, high stress Level I Trauma Center 12 hour shifts. I am also a singer/songwriter and founded a non-profit organization that uses music to reach troubled teens. I am busy helping others and along the way, forgot to help myself. I was losing energy and gaining weight, not getting enough rest or exercise. I knew I had to get control in order to reach the goals I was setting for the coming year.

I had worked with TahKole in the past and knew they were the real deal. I joined Tah's No BS Basic Strength program and after only 4 weeks, feel stronger and more flexible, stand straighter and look forward to my daily challenge on the great App used for his program. I am cancelling my gym membership as I now can follow Tah's excellent guides and videos in the comfort of my home or on the road at any time that I see fit. I got all the basics he recommended for use during workouts and I can honestly say that I look forward to meeting my commitment every day instead of dreading going to the gym. It's quick and easy and the support is awesome. I highly recommend Tah as a trainer and guide to be your best self!!

This is the second time I've had the privilege to work with Tah. The first was with both Tah and Kole.

This couple is a powerhouse of support and love. I can't say enough good things about who they are, what they do and how they help people.

This time though, I write specifically about Tah's No BS Basic Strength program. I had the privilege to take part in a 1 month version of it and it exceeded my expectations. I believe that change comes slowly and I know that habits take at least 28 days to be created. However, this program, the support that Tah offers along with the support group that he created for us, was so helpful in helping me get back on my feet. Literally.

The exercises are easy to follow (there's an amazing app that he uses to help keep track) and he also helps us correct our form and always ensures that all of us are ok - which is super important. We are reminded of what is important in basic strength and why it is important. If you take this program, you'll learn more than just how to get back into your physical self, you'll learn about why everything is related and how being physically aware and why basic strength is so important in relation to everything else.

I am looking forward to another 12 weeks of his program and I would definitely recommend this to anyone, at any level of fitness.

You'll understand why after your first with working with Tah :)

I have done some traveling in my years of existence, HOWEVER, I have NEVER experienced a trip such as this one with TahKole! This Peru trip for me was a journey of self reflection. They created a safe haven experience for everyone as a whole to be completely themselves and free in their experience. There are things I've known about myself but afraid to admit out loud. It's a blessing to know these two beings love, support and guide you in getting out of your own way. I have learned that mentally, emotionally as well as physically, we tend to create things (negative thoughts or ideas) about ourselves that are far from the truth of who we are! We are not our thoughts and the human brain is a marvelous instrument! Once I released the things that I judged myself for thinking, I allowed myself to be myself, I could then laugh at what came to mind or understand that a fear based thought is just that and I created space to give those thoughts LOVE instead of feeding it fear! It's as if a door of truth in my mind would open up and helped me to understand and not judge myself. With Tah and Kole, I could share, feel love, and be open. I could release thoughts that carried unwanted energy in my body, even if it made no sense at the time! Eventually it has and will! This trip for me was challenging and pushed me beyond the limits of my mind which was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! What I thought was impossible for me emotionally or physically was accomplished and more! I had some self doubts hiking up Machu Picchu! I work out occasionally and I had some things I was sorting out mentally (which all ties into emotional for me)! Hiking up to the top of the mountain was such an achievement in every aspect of the word! I found trust in myself, in my process, in the universe and everything that surrounded me (nature), love for myself, my strength, persistence, and perseverance to move past the limitations I have created in my mind. It's a blessing to find and understand how you operate in your body. To understand what works for you and what doesn't work for you without judgement! Allowing things in life to be what they are instead of what we want them to be, yet understanding your power of choice! This trip has awakened me to everything that I am and has created the space to experience so much more of myself! What an EXPERIENCE! Thank you guys for everything that you are, share, and create!

The battle for control over my body vs letting outside undisciplined forces take over was a huge thing. The long and short is i can say Tahkolr fitness helped not only to better my life, yet save it. On my 10th year of remission from Lymphoma, their fitness program help me reach my goal of dropping weight 235 to 210 as well as be more concious of portions and the types of foods thst go into my body. Chemo was enough... to add more junk to it would be a disaster. Thanks Tah & Kole. Between the both of you, the workout, Nutrition plans and Community groups for each session, everything helped me. Tag and Kole are two people that have the potential to make lemonade. Taking any obstacle thrown their way and create something truely ground breaking. They have a fierce drive that is absolutely contagious. They are kind, patient, and really take the time to add quality to everyone they work with. Tag and Kole are so incredibly passionate about their work and the people that they help. I have worked out with both of them as well as participating in a #60DayChallenge with meal plans. Their plans not only changed my physical body, but my mentality as well. I have never felt as productive or good emotionally as I feel while on their plan!!! I was ready to start antidepressants but ended up not needing them after starting Tah and Kole's plan/routine. The difference in my body and mind was immediate and incredible.

I can't say enough about these two. They are amazing people and amazing trainers. Any money spent with them is a solid investment into YOURSELF!!!

Tah and Kole are super amazing personal trainers and people. I have lost well over 60 POUNDS working with them from the comfort of my own home. There are no special pills, gimmicks, shakes, etc., Just good clean eating!! And super easy workouts with modifications if you need them. If there was an Easy Button in the real world, any fitness plan of TahKole Fitness would be it!! I started in the beginning with their "Dirty 30s" and have done Kole's 5 Day Detox and eventually the 21 day Fat Furnace, plus lots of other workouts in between. All together I've lost over 60 lbs!! Not only do they spell everything out in detail, but they are right there doing the work with you! There is plenty of WORK to do.. it's not all "easy" but Tah and Kole will be there to get you through any excuse you can think of. I'm just thrilled that I've lost my weight with no special pills or quick fixes.. just all natural hard work and clean eating!!! They've definitely helped me get my life back!! The only thing you need is willpower and determination.. they got the rest!!!! One more awesome thing is they live in NY and I live in PA.. All the training and support is done with their amazing on line forums and groups or good old natural phone calls. I've met so amazing people thru it all from CA to FL, CO to GA.. it truly is amazing!!!!

Amazing…I have just finished taking the 21 Day Fat Furnace… I started on August 1 not knowing what to expect, not knowing what my results might be, and very nervous that I would not be able to complete the program. Well, I completed the program having lost 30 pounds in 21 days. The incredible thing about Tah and Kole and this program, is that it is not just about the weight loss. It is about the mindset – changing your thinking about food, and more importantly about how you view yourself. under Tah and Kole's guidance, I am learning how to feed not only my body, but also how to feed my soul. I started this program thinking, "I don't know…". I ended my 21 days thinking, "I can!".
