Highly recommend. If you are looking to improve your health by loosing weight, improving nutrition, getting stronger or having better mobility this is the place. The Trainers are knowledgeable and work with you every step of the way. A very welcoming and supportive environment. Plus the work outs are really fun !

I definitely recommend this wonderful program! The workouts are creative and fun….modifications are suggested in order to make the workout more or less challenging (based on each person’s need). There is a great deal of emphasis placed on proper form and technique—the participants’ safety is always in the forefront. Thank you, Tall Trainer!

Tall Trainer is awesome staff is wonderful if you're down and out if you need to lose weight you need to get your life back this is a great place to go they don't just focus on losing weight they don't just focus on exercise they don't just focus on one thing or another they are the whole person Focus place. And when you work out with the people they become your friends you enjoy yourself you encourage one another you walk away blessed and happy what a wonderful wonderful place to workout worth every penny

I had the opportunity to try Tall Trainer's open class. Their trainers were energetic, engaging with everyone, and attentive to whatever needs or limitations we less fitness focused folk may have.
The workout consisted of a battery of different cardio routines worked through one by one in a teamwork style relay, where one person would finish their particular routine and high-five the person next to them, signaling they rotate through the workout stations to the next routine.
It was definitely intensive. I found myself only a little sore and very hungry after the session, which I've found are two of the results of a good workout. I highly recommend Tall Trainer to anyone looking for a new way to work towards a healthier self.
