Founded by Joseph Mack Williams — Olympic alternate, 3x New York Golden Gloves Champion, top-ranked amateur, undefeated professional boxer, and one of the head trainers at Babylon Boxing Gym — every session is built on proven techniques from the highest level of competition. We serve Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island, traveling to clients as needed. We specialize in 1-on-1 personal training, boxing conditioning, and small group sessions tailored to your goals. All private training is by appointment only.

Ive been training with Joseph for a few months and have seen such a drastic change in my body . Im located in rochdale queens and he has always been able to meet up with me with no problem ,from the custom meal plans to all the encouragement and motivation .
