Been going to Jay at Temple Fitness for about 10 years. The 1 on 1 training is second to none. If you can definitely opt for the 12 week package. Covers everything from the workouts with him to your everydah diet. You will definitely see results. Great trainer!

John is such a great trainer ! John has literally helped me get back in control of my health and reach fitness levels that I didn’t even think were possible. I’m literally seeing the results of what I’m now calling my dream body! The sessions are the most effective 30 mins. I put on my favorite music (as all clients have this option for their session) and then John demonstrates, motivates, and assist you with getting the workouts done. I cant express how happy I am having John as a trainer, he helps me with dieting besides my training and keeps me going. I love not having to worry about writing my workouts and waiting for a machine at the gym, everything is set up for you, you just have to get ready to workout. John will try to work around your schedule so its convenient for you. Worth every single Pennie.

I've always been active and into fitness my whole life but prior to the Pandemic I put on some weight, then I had a cervical spine injury and some other health issues and I had to go to Physical therapy on/off for the year. Out of frustration and lack of determination I put on some more weight in 2020. I finally did some self reflection and said enough and stopped making excuses. I needed a serious push to get me back on track so I found Temple Fitness, had a consult, then my first session and all I can say is: I have no regrets in my Personal training journey thus far with John.

I lost 27 pounds in 2021 and we are still training, I'm a work in progress. I work in health/wellness/fitness and I can confidently say that John is an excellent trainer for so many reasons but my review is already to long so give him a call if you're ready to make a change in your life. No secrets in this gym to get my results. TIP: YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK. John is knowledgeable and friendly and is a great people person who understands the value of empathy with clients (me). I will EMPHASIZE: His workouts/programs are amazing and fun and boost your energy and you will get RESULTS but only if you: DO THE WORK IN/OUT THE GYM consistently. After years of spending and wasting money on gym memberships that I would never use, I was desperate to find a workout regimen that would work with my schedule and keep me motivated. A friend suggested John and Temple Fitness as my solution. I soon realized Temple Fitness was exactly where I needed to be. John and his team of trainers are not only super supportive and encouraging, they have become my (fit)spirations!! I look forward to having my butt kicked 4x per week and pushing myself beyond my self-imposed limits. The small group boot-camp builds an incredible camaraderie in a short period of time while allowing us to find ways to laugh at our pain. No one boot-camp workout is the same and I feel my body mind and spirit are responding well to the cardio, strength, and mixed interval workouts. The studio space is well equipped to accommodate intense circuit training. The walls are covered with success stories, words of encouragement, and motivational quotes that I often intensely focus on to find power within myself. Finally, John Gonzalez, proprietor of Temple Fitness, is an incredible trainer with a amazing spirit. No drill sergeant style yelling during class. Instead, John pushes me/us mentally and physically in a caring and encouraging ensuring that we work hard(er). I am truly thankful for him and his service. I'll be a Temple Fitness Warrior forever!!

December 2015 I had reached my limit, I was tired of what I saw in the mirror, I was tired of being tired and I just wanted to feel comfortable in my own skin. I've been working out with Temple Fitness Personal Training for several years. Although I've done the challenging Bootcamps which I truly enjoy; the personal training sessions fit my schedule better. If you are that person like me that I use to always say "I will start working out tomorrow" and you never start...then you need Temple Fitness in your life! There are so many of us that keep on saying "tomorrow" and never get started. John Gonzalez is the head trainer and he is there to motivate and get you started on your fitness journey. I started at almost 200 pounds and lost 45 pounds with his motivation and guidance. Don't be afraid if you have never worked out or it’s been years since you worked out because he tailors each workout to your fitness level and starts you off slow so you can get accustom to working out and so you won’t hurt yourself. I needed someone to teach me how to workout properly and show me what are the best workouts for myself and he did just that. Every time I joined a gym I would go a few days and then stop. I had tried all diets and pills and the weight just wouldn't stay off. I needed personal guidance and someone to hold me accountable. He will definitely help you with your diet too which is key in your journey. Don't be afraid to ask him questions...it’s like you will have personal trainer and nutritionist all in one! It has changed my life for the better and has changed my way of thinking forever!
