I started Tempo Lagree in May 2025, and the results have been amazing! I’m standing taller, my shoulders are back, and I’m even holding planks up to 15-20 seconds—something I never thought I could do. The biggest contributor to my progress has been my weekly 1:1 sessions with Natasha, which have helped me hone each move and build stamina. I come back every week because I love how strong and toned I feel. My favorite Mega moves? Elevator lunges and the wheelbarrow—they’re tough, but so worth it!

I've been to a lot of gyms over the years, but Tempo Lagree is the first one that has kept me coming back. It has been over a year now, and I can honestly say I have never felt stronger. I'm more toned, my balance has improved, and even the cellulite I used to stress about has noticeably gone down. The instructors are awesome, super friendly, and always encouraging. The classes can be tough, but in the best way. They push you without being overwhelming, and that's what keeps me motivated.

As a solid core student, I decided to try out this class. It was the best decision I have ever made. The workout was truly a kick butt workout and I was getting the shakes. Being a solid core student I didn’t think I would get the shakes in another class. The instructor is so kind and attentive.. I really recommend!!!

While I’ve tried so many different types of workouts over the years to stay in shape, Tempo Lagree has been a game changer for me and recently I celebrated my 100th class! The Tempo studio is inviting, well lit, spacious and consider it my home away from home 💙 All the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and motivate their clients to get the most out of each and every class. Lagree has made me stronger and more toned than I ever could have imagined! I feel very fortunate that I discovered Tempo and I highly recommend anyone who would like to take their workout and body transformation to the next level to give it a try!

Absolutely the best FULL body workout! I’ve been a runner for many years. I’ve never been this strong in my life, since taking classes at Tempo! Each class is different, challenging, and pushes you further to your own individual strength advancement! I am obsessed!

Wow, what an incredible work out, my legs are still shaking! Took my first class with Jenn and it was so good. She provided modifications throughout the workout so that I was able to keep up. I cannot wait to go back!

This place is great! It’s a good full body workout. The studio is clean and the instructors are motivating and understanding if you’re new to the studio. I’d definitely recommend checking it out!

I’ve had the pleasure of training with Jen, and I can honestly say that she has transformed my fitness journey.
The session was well structured blending in intensity with a supportive atmosphere. She gives great feedback that allows me to maximize my workout.

Can't say enough good things about my experience at Tempo Lagree! The workouts are unlike anything I've tried before, with a unique focus on slow, controlled movements that target those hard-to-reach muscles. The instructor Jen is absolutely fantastic! She keeps the class moving smoothly with a great mix of motivation and fun. The studio itself is beautiful and clean. I always leave feeling super strong! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about my wonderful experience at Tempo Lagree Fitness! I am a total newbie, had never taken a mega reformer class before - it is very intense and challenging, in the best possible way. My first class was with Jen, Tempo’s newest instructor. She’s amazing! She made me feel instantly at ease, was very attentive, had great energy, & kept the class engaged & moving the entire time! The facility is beautiful, I highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

Tempo Lagree is a great place to work out. The studio is clean and welcoming, and the exercises are effective and healthy. Jen and Natasha are amazing instructors who motivate me and are attentive to my form. They push my body to new levels and leave me feeling great. I love my sessions at Tempo Lagree! Absolutely LOVE Natasha and her classes at Tempo Lagree!! I am a very active person but this workout is different than any I’ve ever had! The slow controlled movements make my muscles work in new ways and I have been seeing direct results from the techniques she teaches. I appreciate Natasha as an instructor on so many levels♥️. She is passionate about her work and genuinely cares about her clients - she is super attentive during class to make sure everyone is getting it while also keeping the constant flow going the entire time! Her playlists are awesome, the music keeps me engaged and makes the workout fun - I go with my two friends and we have a nice morning routine together! Natasha’s studio is beautiful and she has such cute stuff in her merch section (I love the TL crop tops!!). Highly recommend this class😃💪🏻

I had never done a mega reformer or any type of reformer class before my first Tempo class with Natasha. She’s an amazing instructor, who both challenges and encourages you with her classes. I see myself getting stronger not only physically but mentally as well and I leave sore but in the absolute best way! The studio is also gorgeous and pristine. I literally look forward to my Lagree classes here!

I was initially intimidated to try the class, especially with a history of multiple injuries, but now I'm hooked. Natasha frequently checks your form to prevent injuries. I leave every class with a stronger mind and body. I even fit into my clothes better after just 10 classes!

I love classes at this studio, the classes are so challenging. Natasha is a great instructor, and her routines use muscles I don’t think I’ve used in years. They’re intense and leave you sore for days but they are effective and addicting!

Super cool and new studio in the area so my husband and I decided to take a class with instructor Natasha. The class is challenging but much needed as I am trying to shed my baby weight. Natasha was great and super helpful on showing us the techniques and making sure I was doing it right! She also showed me different ways to strengthen my core muscles. Def going back and making Lagree a routine!
