Here at The Body Blueprint we believe fitness is not set in stone. It is not an end goal or a finished product. A general blueprint and direction paired with veteran staff can ensure you achieve the desired outcome. If one of our four classes does not suit you, you can utilize our open gym, recovery, personal training, or personalized fitness programming. There is no one workout that fits every person which means there is not one path for everyone. Let us find your road less traveled.

I’ve been taking classes at The Body Blueprint for over 2 years now and I could not say enough positive things about this facility!
If you're looking for a CrossFit gym that goes beyond just a workout, The Body Blueprint is the place to be!!! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and energetic, making you feel right at home. The facility is clean, well-maintained and organized. But what really sets this gym apart from others is the coaching staff. The coaches are personable and genuine, and they really care about you and your fitness goals!! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner, this gym provides the perfect environment to grow, both physically and mentally. The classes are high energy, challenging, fun and get you in and out of the gym in an hour!! I am always feeling accomplished and happy that I came to work out after I complete a class!

I’ve been training in functional fitness and CrossFit for 10 years and this gym is the complete package. They offer personal training, group classes, and private physical therapy services for those who need it. The coaches are approachable and caring. The facility is clean and filled with up-to-date equipment. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Westchester area who wants a great workout!

This very clean and well-run gym has exceptional trainers who work to understand an individual’s physical needs. I work with Tina Shrepf, who combines a doctorate in physical therapy with an upbeat approach and top notch training skills to make my morning workouts productive and challenging. The entire staff is friendly, the vibe here is positive, and I’d recommend it for both the first time gym member or an experienced gym user looking for a good environment.

Hands down the best gym ever! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, positive vibe. The space is always clean and thoughtfully organized. The Body Blueprint is the best! The coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. The classes are scaled to meet every fitness level from beginner to experienced. I have been going for several years and I have seen measurable growth in my strength, endurance, and general fitness. I can’t recommend this gym enough. I cannot say enough positive things about the trainers and the community at The Body Blue Print. Trainers will 100% meet you where you are in your fitness trek. Every one of them encourages you, teaches proper form, answers your questions and genuinely wants to see you to succeed, all with ZERO judgement.

If you have pre-existing injuries or are just new to fitness classes like these, the instructors / trainers have multiple forms of modification (which I needed in the beginning). The trainers and the programming are really the reason I keep coming back. Suzzette, Nick, Louch, Tommy, Tina, Nicki, Gerard, Deb and Mike are great, down-to-earth people (some might a few superpowers which is fun to watch), care about what they are doing and care about how you are doing. I also appreciate how they engage and work with my daughters - from one-on-one training to the Kids CrossFit classes, a high five when they walk in and even some IG content!! High quality, with care and intention.

Lastly, TBB, in my opinion, has listened to its members, implementing a stretching class led by Coach Tina - that is a high-quality addition to the already strong fitness programming.

Great community - I have also met some really great people attending the training classes there, people that I normally would have not met in town. We have become friends, encouraged one another and celebrated our wins both in and out of the gym!

No matter what your goals are: qualifying for the CrossFit games or doing your first unassisted pull up - if you put in the effort and follow their lead and encouragement, collectively they will get you there, all in a supportive / judgement free environment.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re part of a supportive and motivating community. I was a new member about 7 months ago and never once was I made to feel that way. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your progress no matter your skill level. There’s always someone ready to guide you, encourage you, and make sure you’re getting the most out of your time. What really sets this gym apart from others I’ve been to is how personal the classes feel. Even in a group setting the coaches manage to give each person individualized attention which honestly feels like a personal training session every time. If you’re looking for something even more tailored, they do offer one on one personal training with custom plans designed specifically for your goals whether it’s improving certain skills or just getting into better shape. Utilizing this training has helped me lose nearly 30lbs since I joined! Shout out to coach Nicki!! There’s truly something for everyone here! The atmosphere is always positive, welcoming, and empowering. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym that delivers real results and makes you feel like part of a fitness family!!
