Tony and Joey are trained professionals that really care about your progress and have extensive knowledge on body movements and give you the confidence that you need to fulfill your goals. They are both down to earth and just in general just great guys. Tony the owner has written many books on exercise. I would recommend this location to anyone trying to lose weight, build strength or just trying to get more movement in your steps. this place is the way to go. I have also seen them work with special needs kids and customers who have rehabilitation issues. I started attending in July and have continued my journey with them.

Tony is an excellent trainer with a vast knowledge of everything that is health and fitness. He has taken my training to new heights. He is also just a nice person to talk with while pushing your body and mind. He has opened my eyes to a lot of training regimens as well as other fitness professionals to follow to continue to learn to push the body with excellent form and a positive mindset. My wife loves Tony's workouts and the friendly , motivational atmosphere of this gym. I have seen her overcome fears and reach new milestones in the short few months she has been working out with Tony and the ladies of destruction. Shout out to Miliford and Deenice for convincing her to join.

Tony and his trainers are the absolute best on staten island! I have been going there for years now and he really is someone who cares and will work with you no matter what your exercise and fitness goals are! They are a motivational team of educated, professional and knowledgable people who genuinely look to help those who come seeking it! Not to mention the really great workout you will get with them! The beach workouts are a nice touch too! Lots of fun and really great people. Don't let the word bootcamp throw you either! Modification is key and totally acceptable here! Where there is a will there is a way!

I have worked out with other trainers. I have never met anyone quite like Tony. He is selfless, enthusiastic, giving and an all around positive person. I no longer live on staten island but follow his success online. I am going to participate in this next slim down. It is worth it for me to drive over the bridge to work with him. I think I will steal him out to my neck of the woods..he needs to share what he has beyond the confines of the island.

I have attended various training sessions here. Tony and his staff facilitate a great workout which varies each time. People of all ability have surfaced here and there is always an option for someone with an injury, lifting capability, etc. There are various group workouts besides personal training. Never disappointed!!

When you walk into The Body House you know that you are part of the family. Tony is such a educated and caring trainer. The atmosphere during a work out is fun and encouraging, not your typical gym setting. I have met so many great people because of him and am excited to go workout with them. Tony and his staff Raquel and Barbara make the work out fun. He is not only a mentor by also a great friend who has continued to help me reach my goals. I would highly recommend The Body House to everyone.

Working out with Tony Books Aviles and his trainers at the Body House has been such an awesome rewarding experience! When I first started at The Body House I joined Tony's Saturday morning outdoor bootcamp on the boardwalk in South Beach. I loved starting my day, exercising outdoors with a great group of people. People of all fitness levels attend this class. I started to crave more intense workouts so in addition to Saturday mornings I joined Tony's intensity bootcamp classes. I loved this class so much! It was intense, challenging and fun! Every workout is unique and you never know what to expect! As a result of taking classes at The Body House, I volunteer and participate in Tony's Staten Island Slim Down Program. I have watch Tony transform so many lives. He was voted the number one personal trainer on Staten Island and is so deserving of this title. I highly recommend training at the Body House. Once you start you will be hooked!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tony Avilez at the first Staten Island Slimdown. I also had the pleasure to go to his bootcamp classes to workout. Tony has helped me transform into the person I am today. The trainers at the bootcamp classes are excellent. It is a great atmosphere to workout. When you go to the workout classes, no one is there to judge you. Tony always encouraged me to do the best I can.

Tony is an amazing trainer and will take you where you want to go. Whether it is training for a race, needing to get back in shape, or just starting to take back your life Tony and his staff will devise a program that will fit your needs and accomplish your goals. I have worked out with Tony Books Avilez at his boot camp classes and during his annual State Island Slim Down. When my doctor advised me that I would need a total knee replacement, I knew that Tony could prepare me for the strength and endurance to help me be in a stronger state to tackle this obstacle. Tony did a full evaluation to determine my strength and weakness. I went to the boot camp classes (which accommodated my restrictions) with Rachel and did a one on one training with Tony for several months. I attribute my successful rehabilitation due to the preparation I received at The Body House. A positive environment and motivation is the key to anyone's determination, this place is that and more. I highly recommend this place for all of your fitness needs.

Tony is a very experienced personal trainer who helps people work towards their personal and fitness goals. He has qualifications in many, many different aspects of fitness and health training, and it is obvious that he puts in a lot of effort to learn as much as he can to offer the most effective help to the people he serves. He offers bootcamp classes at many different levels, as well as individual personal training, and makes everyone feel welcome. I've been attending bootcamp for almost 2 years and it has made a vast improvement in my life.
