This is what a gym should be..being from eastern long Island I have long missed this style gym..this is where you get the work done..only wish this was back home..definitely gonna be my place when I'm around..Josh is a great guy on top of it helping short notice from out of town..keep getting it..love this place

Great gym, so many different machines! People are so nice, they help whenever needed. The owner is amazing and jever hesitates to assist you with any problem. Overall i love it here!
