About the Club

The Boombox is a small group fitness offering focused on creating safe spaces for all levels to find movement. Our small classes allow for quality attention with the high energy and community of a group setting. From weightlifting to HIIT to TRX, we incorporate different training styles to keep the body guessing and boost metabolism. Workouts can be easily modified to fit your needs so you can reach your goals safely, effectively, and efficiently. We believe in progress over perfection and that balance is the key to accomplishing any goal.

Love going to my Boombox classes! Alex’s workouts have made me fall in love with working out again. She always brings the best energy and positive vibes. Boombox is the only workout class I’ve consistently stuck to. Alex is so kind and knowledgeable. She knows exactly what you need and will modify any workout for you. There’s nothing that will ever be too easy or completely impossible (just fun!) With her classes, not only do you have a personal trainer but you also meet some really amazing people.

I joined in November 2022 because I wanted to add strength to my workout routine. This is the perfect class to help with understanding form and the way the program is set up, you WILL stay consistent and become stronger (and not get bulky!). In just a few months I’ve seen my body transform. It’s a small group setting where the trainer and your classmates get to know you, which I really like.

It’s a workout but it’s also social, and a plus - Alex takes song recommendations :).

Best workout class I've ever taken! Alex is a knowledgeable, intuitive trainer whose approach to the class makes it not only a great workout, but a fun workout. She cultivates a strong class camaraderie and I always leave the workout sweaty but smiling. Perfect for beginners or seasoned gym-goers alike. the only workout class i have ever loved and stuck with! alex (instructor/owner) is the best — she will push you when she knows you can work harder, and gives you modifications when you need it.

The Boombox is my favorite workout establishment for all time. Alex is by far one of the best trainers out there - she is great at modifying based on experience level, history of injury, etc. and creates the most welcoming environment for everyone.
