I love it here! I've taken a few silks classes so far and both instructors (Andersen and Christine) have been so kind and supportive. It's a really fun and tough class and I'm enjoying every moment of it. The vibes at the studio are perfect and everyone there is super nice and encouraging, especially when I can't figure out how to make my body do what it's supposed to (yet!). I definitely recommend checking it out!

Spacious aerial and pole rooms with high ceilings. Very neat and clean as well. The classes are all taught by incredible people, with lots of variety for different dancers/aerialists. Parking lot is a plus- lots of spots in a shared lot. The events held here like workshops/showcases are also always a blast! Great second location of a wonderful studio

I love the instructors here! They are very patient, fun, and knowledgeable of their craft. The only reason I took off a star is because of the studio. I wish the pole room was completely separate from where the hammock, and other aerial skills take place so that I can hear different music.

my friend and i took a class through class pass and we loved it so much we decided to get an unlimited membership here. the studio has the cutest decor and a projector that makes all my pole dancing/hammock vids look really nice! the owner Jess has created a warm, welcoming space for people of all backgrounds. and after coming here for 3 months, how I see my body has changed so much. I feel stronger, more confident, and so supported by Jess, Lexy, and all the other amazing instructors. i can’t wait to keep learning and growing with this community :) <3

Went to a puppy yoga class at The Cheeky Peach in Ronkonkoma, and honestly, 10/10 experience. It was exactly what you’d hope for—some light yoga mixed with an absolutely chaotic swarm of puppies climbing all over you. The class itself was super chill, beginner-friendly, and mostly just an excuse to roll around on the floor with adorable rescue pups. Bonus points because all the puppies are up for adoption through Almost Home Animal Rescue, so you’re basically getting a serotonin boost and supporting a good cause. If you need an hour of pure joy, highly recommend. Jess was also amazing and has such a warming presence that made me feel welcome.

Wonderful studio with welcoming people. Staff and students included. Great workouts and I’ve made many friends along the way which I wasn’t expecting. There’s lots of events they do with local communities too with some amazing performances. The owner is very knowledgeable, welcoming, encouraging, open minded, and supportive of your needs. The studio itself is beautiful and has wonderful lighting and a projector to set any mood. It’s also very clean here and the equipment is sterilized after each use. There’s something for everyone whether you wanna take classes or make content. This is the place to do it.

This is the worst aerial studio I have ever trained at. As a professional aerialist of almost 20 years, and as someone who has trained at studios worldwide, I was appalled by how dirty & disgusting it was- the lack of professionalism at the establishment- and the lack of education that the instructors had. I don’t normally write reviews, but there were SO many red flags I felt it was necessary to warn people of this facility. From the outside, it looks like a warm & inviting place, with glittering LED lights & fun decor — but the reality is that the owner seems mentally unwell (the more I got to know her, the more uncomfortable I was training at her studio- always talking about her abusive family & suicidal mother during working hours- just generally unbalanced) .. the staff that work there are not equipped to do their job, they’re beginner aerialists that were somehow hired, which is a HUGE breach of safety for students, and at one point there was even a
multi day infestation of bugs that closed out the studio entirely! There’s usually dirty rags, no use of vacuums, no proper aerial cleaning supplies provided, and most of the time- The toilet is out of order or not stocked with the appropriate, basic needs- like toilet paper. It’s just a really gross place that feels
Extremely unsafe. While training there, I witnessed students fighting without proper protocol to get class under control, I learned of students getting severely injured during classes where teachers could not provide appropriate spotting techniques, and noticed “fit” aerialists being put down, while more curvy aerialists were encouraged to train there. They project themselves as an all inclusive studio, but they do not promote wellness, the importance of taking care of your body, the necessity for an aerialist to maintain a certain level of strength & endurance for safety, or healthy habits, etc. I could go on and on about all the reasons why I would never go back to this establishment. If you’re an aerialist in Long Island, I suggest training at Fit Factory. The establishment is clean, well maintained, and the staff are all professionally working aerialists & performers that can provide safe classes for students. I’m thankful I found a safe haven to train at that is close to home, because aerial studios are few and far between on li.
