This gym is simply amazing, and it truly caters to everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. There are so many reasons I really like this place, but let me start with the standout feature: the incredible coaching staff.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with almost all the coaches, and I can honestly say each is professional, engaging, and motivating. Amina, who leads most of the classes I attend on weekends, is a prime example. She is not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also warm, approachable. Amina strikes the perfect balance of energy—pushing you to work harder while ensuring you never feel overwhelmed.
The HIIT classes are always dynamic and engaging, and no two classes are alike. They’re very challenging, but in a way that encourages you to push yourself without feeling like you're out of your depth. The energy from both the coach and your fellow gym-goers keeps you motivated.
What I appreciate most is how the coaches prioritize safety. Before each class, they check in with everyone to ask about any injuries or concerns. They take the time to demonstrate proper form, and if needed, they’re quick to correct posture to prevent injury. That level of care shows a commitment to not just getting results but doing so safely.
Julia and Chris (the owners) have cultivated an inclusive, supportive environment where people feel empowered to push their limits while knowing they’re in good hands. Every workout here is a rewarding experience, and I leave each session feeling accomplished and motivated for the next.

Just finished Circhiit with Coach Amena and as usual, it did not disappoint! As a member for 2+ years I can say no workout is ever quite the same. Amena is truly a gem in this community alongside all the wonderful coaches. She takes her time to go over movements, actively motivates you throughout the class and takes a moment to give you personal feedback after as well. All the coaches have contributed to my growth here and I am so grateful for all the friendships made.

I can’t recommend this HIIT class enough! Coach Amena Azziz is absolutely amazing — incredibly professional, super friendly, and genuinely attentive to everyone in the room. From the warm-up to the final stage, she brings an energy that’s both motivating and reassuring.
What really stood out was how focused she is on proper form and individual progress. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, Amena makes sure you're challenged safely and effectively. She’s always checking in, offering helpful tips, and giving just the right push when you need it.
The class itself was tough in the best way — high-energy, well-structured, and never boring. I walked out feeling accomplished and already excited to come back.
If you're looking for a high-quality HIIT workout led by a coach who truly cares, Coach Amena is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

My good friend introduced me to her friend Amena at CircHIIT and the rest is history! From day one, I was welcomed with open arms and positive energy. As someone living with chronic illness, I often feel intimidated in fitness spaces as my mobility is impacted by arthritis but CircHIIT has completely changed that. The atmosphere is supportive, the instructors are dedicated, and I feel stronger every week. Honestly, I feel like a different person. I’m moving better now than I have in over a decade, and I’m so grateful to have found this amazing community.

Circhiit is a phenomenal workout !! It really gets your heart rate pumping ! The varied movements and stations make the time go by fast and it is always a new workout . I love that it works out the whole body and it is scalable for any fitness level and injury ! The coaches are knowledgeable and nice . The music is always the best !

I came here for the first time earlier today and was pleasantly surprised how fun the class was! Some take aways:
(1) this place built a welcoming culture that supports each other to push themselves. (2) they have a lot of "regulars", which is a great! One person commented that they've been coming for 5 years and comes 3 times a week!
(3) the instructor really cares, and makes sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly (I don't remember her name unfortunately - but she was tatted)

This is my third week at the CircHIIT and I absolutely love it! The coaches bring such a great energy to each class and are more than helpful showing you the ropes. I love how each class is different so you never get tired of doing the same thing. Everyone that attends classes are super nice and there’s a real community vibe. Hope you enjoy as much as I do!

This place is so awesome. I love the workouts and how they’re so diverse. Every single day it’s something new which is really helpful and super engaging. I look forward to going to every class. In addition, the coaches are amazing. They’re super informative and attentive to all of the clients. Lastly, I love the way everyone is in it together. Such great camaraderie !!!!

Absolutely obsessed with how this place makes me feel. Been a member for about 2 months and it’s amazing. The coaches there are friendly and check to make sure you are making the best you that you can be. You will never feel discouraged about yourself while you are here.
