Love this place. As a beginner, never having done BJJ, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from day one Tony and all of the higher belts immediately made me feel like I was part of the crew. The bouncing of ideas between all of them is impressive to see and allows for everyone to be involved in a safe, effective way. This is not for the faint of heart but for those looking for a mental and physical challenge this is certainly the place to learn the right way.

Amazing group of people. You’re not going to find another gym like the danger room. It’s not some commercial gym where they just want your money, this is a community of people who are working together to grow. The difference maker for me has been being able to work closely with high-level guys who genuinely care about seeing me succeed, other gyms just don’t give you that kind of personal attention.
In addition to Brazilian jiu jitsu I do strength training with coach Tony which has been incredibly helpful. I used to go to the gym and focus on more traditional body building style lifts which was feeling stale. Tony’s workouts offer a lot more functional benefit, and are pushing me much harder than my old workouts. I haven’t felt this athletic and capable since I was playing high-school sports every day.
I would highly recommend the Danger room to anyone who wants to push themselves to grow both physically and in all areas of life!

The Danger Room is a different kind of gym than I’ve ever experienced. It’s a great place to train jiu jitsu without ego! They train hard, smart and look to improve every time they step on the mats. I’m so fortunate to have found such a positive group of individuals. Visitors are always welcome, come join us.

I was feeling really insecure about my body. My small/slender legs and glutes specifically. Tony has been SO encouraging, stern - yet gentle on my fitness journey. I gained muscle and the hourglass figure I’ve always wanted within 6 months.
Tony also teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which I ended up using to defend myself in a real life situation. I’m just sooo grateful. Freaking life changing.
Thank you Tony!

Getting back into personal training I was skeptical, but Tony was there to walk me through the basics and get me back on track. He even got me to do cardio, can't wait for our next session!
