Attended their 10:30 class and had a great time. I am a person who loves weight training but needs cardio, with their class structure both of these are accomplished. Both Molly and Pedro were not only personable, but made me feel motivated to push through the last stretch of cardio. If I was on my own I would have skipped it for sure. Loved my experience and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Great coaching, community, and workouts! The class is challenging but plenty of modifications were provided; there was tons of feedback throughout the class and I feel like I got a great workout! Thanks Molly and Pedro!

I've been going to The Fit Inn pretty regularly for the past few months and I can honestly say I'm in the best shape of my life at this point. The workouts are definitely legit (and creatively varied from class-to-class and month-to-month) but the thing that really makes Fit Inn so special is the owners/trainers and the amazing community they've built over the past 5 years! Shoutouts to Tony, Molly, the Emilies and Joey. Ya'll rock!

There are very few places where you can learn HOW to work out and HOW to lift and The Fit Inn is one of the best. As a physical therapist who works with patients to get them back to what they love to do and encourages them to exercise for the rest of their life - we recommend The Fit Inn to our patients after their rehab (or sometimes alongside their rehab) to being able to lift and workout with confidence. This place is truly a gem for Westchester in so many ways - both as a place to exercise safely and to be part of an encouraging community.

I went to get in shape for a fishing trip and have stayed with my trainer Molly for two years! Love every session and class. Love the community they have built. They are all technically skilled and very fun to know. Tarrytown is lucky to have such a great business.

I had a unbelievable experience with the owner. Let's call her a fitness trainer. I called this business. Told her about the set backs I had due to an injury, a prior surgery & that I needed a special dedicated exp'd trainer. She asked me to come to her 'Inn' so she could assess the issues, ask me a few questions, find out my needs & see if it was a good fit. After mtg w/Molly, she gave me a very expensive price. After asking her if she would take a few pmts instead of the entire pmt? she replied "we can work something out, just let me get back to you" she was having kid issues and was sick. I gave it almost 3 weeks. I contacted her again after the consultation, quote & get back to me issue, & after all this? She replied as if she had changed her mind about "her own offer to "work something out". If you want the payment up front? Just say that! Don't confuse 1st time clients by agreeing because you need their local business, and then keep them waiting 3 weeks, not call them back, then when you have other business lined up? blow off clients who took an interest in your shady little hole in the wall sweaty little business! It's very rude, dishonest, quite immature & no way to build community. I would never manipulate a new client, make false promises & lie to someone who showed an interest in me & requested to work with me. It shows a grave disinterest in humanity & authenticity.
Grow up! Tell the truth. Learn how to treat people with dignity like they matter & follow some sort of policy. Don't act like your going to extend a favor to someone, then brush them off. That will come back to haunt you. Other peoples business & how you treat them? Is how you earn your reputation. Remember that.

This gym is a great spot for personal training. The staff are very professional and friendly, and are very willing to meet you where youβre at physically. I trained with John Romagno, and had a great experience. He gives detailed feedback on technique, takes the time to find out about your health and fitness background in detail, and is a lot of fun to work with!

From the owners, Molly and Tony, to the trainers, to the Fit Inn community as a whole, everyone is amazing! I worked out at Fit Inn for about three years and absolutely loved it. All the trainers are knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, and push you (in the best way) to reach your goals. If I hadn't moved away, I would have been a lifer for sure.

Iβd stopped cardio bc I had pain in my foot, but I decided to try out Fit Inn after friends raved about it! Now I know why- Tony and Molly, the owners, provide adjustments for any issues you have. And theyβve built a really nice community and the one-hour HIIT and strength training classes are fantastic!

The Fit Inn has a really cool setup. As someone who has previously only worked out independently in typical gym settings, I am having a lot of fun going to classes at The Fit Inn. I am encouraged to try new things because I am in a safe and supportive environment where I know I don't have to feel embarrassed or intimidated. It's great to learn proper techniques and useful exercises from people who are knowledgeable and professionally trained. I can be in a class with someone much more advanced than me, yet we can both have equally enriching experiences. I think that is something that is hard to achieve in any setting but especially in a fitness class. The owners are really friendly and welcoming as are the other trainers. I also have done some personal training sessions with Molly. As someone on a postpartum fitness journey, I made a lot of progress in a short amount of time and felt like she listened to me and catered the program to my individual needs. All of these reasons make investing in sessions at The Fit Inn money well spent. I definitely recommend that you check it out!

Excellent space. Friendly trainer and classmates. Appreciate that they customize the exercise sets to make them accessible to all levels (even mine which is remedial - lol). Also provided a free class to test it out! Very welcoming and charming gym.

Tony and Molly are so great! They are motivating and caring, and I have really enjoyed the work out classes. The group classes over Zoom are the perfect blend of different circuits and they provide individualized support. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout, even during this pandemic!

Really long overdue review here:
Tony and Molly (and the rest of the trainers as well) are not only really professional but awesome human beings! Friendly and welcoming, super motivating, and needless to say, highly knowledgable!. I joined Fit inn last year around this time when they were open for just a few months and after being away from a gym for a bunch of years myself, I was surprised I could get in the gist of things and really feel the work on my mind and body fairly easily thanks to their great willingness to help, attention to detail (to the individual and their pre-existing conditions, etc), and the fun teamwork atmosphere.
Classes are spectacular, always different, challenging and fun! and as important as this, classes are time-constrained and discipline infused so you really feel like you are getting the most out of your time.
Sadly, I left about only 3 months later only cause I moved out of state and I have to say I havenβt found another place like this. The Fit Inn is THE BEST!

6 months in and I'm still loving this place as much as I did the day I joined!!
The trainers - Molly & Tony - are both really, really good. They're always keeping an eye on everyone's form, giving individualized cues to help us self-correct or providing modifications when we need them. They keep the classes small; even in a class, I feel like I have a personal trainer.
And on the subject of classes... awesome!. There are 3 core classes (a weight lifting one, a HIIT class, and a cardio conditioning class). Each month, they have 3 different versions of each of the core classes and they rotate them daily. In short, you're never bored and you're always working on different things. I think the variety/quality is why I go to Fit Inn more consistently and more enthusiastically than I ever have gone to a gym or studio before.
I would THOROUGHLY recommend the Fit Inn to anyone looking for workouts that are effective, safe, and - dare I say - fun.

Molly and Tony, the purveyors of the Fit Inn, could not be more lovely people. I went to a number of HIIT classes over the Summer, and they were well worth the boutique-level price point. I haven't been in a while because I've been doing keto, and their workout style doesn't make sense for me right now, but will be returning I'm back to eating like a regular human.

Tony and Molly are fantastic. I've only done one class but I will be back. Well rounded, well thought out circuits. Group class and they checked in on all of us working on form, answering questions, and making sure we were keeping the intensity in the right zone.
Clean facilities, 2 bathrooms with showers, wide range of diverse and efficient equipment.
Parking is down the street, but not far at all.
Updated Edit (a few months and a number of classes later): STILL TERRIFIC!

I have worked with Molly for the past year, starting about 3 months after the birth of my second child. Molly has been a fantastic coach, motivator and educator. She is perceptive, thoughtful and really takes the time and effort to understand what is going to work for you. As a busy mom, I trust Molly and know I'm getting a great workout without pushing things too hard or risking injury. Molly is also easy to relate to and makes the workouts challenging but fun.

I've been going every day for the last two weeks and the help I've been getting is incredible! The workouts definitely exercise every part of the body and the small class sizes assures that you will get individual attention to make sure you are completing the routine correctly. The gym has brand new equipment and to top it off all of the trainers and super nice and enthusiastic! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

I really enjoyed this unique approach to group exercise. It's small, personal, and very well customized. The opposite of a large and overwhelming mega-gym. The instructors are very knowledgeable and focused, and the small class structure allows participants to get individual attention while being in a group setting. It's the best of both worlds.

Easily the best gym in town with owners who are not only certified trainers who get results but they are also really nice, down to earth people who care about their clients!!

I have trained with Molly for years and love our workouts. She has seen me through injuries and helped me recover. Our workout sessions are always fun with lots of laughs and challenges (that could be what is so funny, my reaction to new challenges). If I could give The Fit Inn more stars I would just for Molly's ability to motivate me to workout on my own. Word of warning, be careful about your diet right before you see her as she always checks with you to see if you are sticking to your plan:)

I have worked with Molly and Tony for 10 years and their fitness programs changed my life! I was 27 years old, overweight, out of shape, and always feeling tired when I met the team before my wedding. Today I am 40 lbs lighter, runner of multiple half marathons, and am in the best shape of my life after consistently following their fitness and diet plans. My health, quality of life, and even my career went through the roof and I attribute much of that to Team Molly & Tony. Not only are they excellent and knowledgeable trainers who challenged and pushed me (in a good way), but they are great people who are always easy to work with. I have nothing but good things to say about Molly and Tony and know that the Fit Inn will be a tremendous success!
