About the Club

At The Fit Rebels (TFR) our mission is to provide exercise and nutrition information to those who do not posses basic nutrition and exercise knowledge in order to implement a healthy lifestyle free from illness such as metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis, and colon cancer. TFR is determined to assists it’s member in increasing their self esteem and self efficacy through demonstrating and teaching core strengthening exercises;thereby increasing The Fit Rebels members’ potential to perform more complex and advance exercise movements.

What can I say!!!!! You can’t ask for a better trainer. Her experience and technique of how she trains the body is amazing. You tell her your goal and with consistency you will be looking in the mirror at a new you.She is light hearted and very knowledgeable while being firm at the same time. Like many of Dia’s clients, I have a very demanding life. However Dia has been super flexible and the time spent with her has been incredibly rewarding and a much needed break from my hectic life! I can't say enough good things about my personal trainer Dia. She gave me a food plan (nothing too crazy and easy to follow) simple stretching exercises and great workouts. My friends and husband are already seeing results-its only been 2 months. I highly recommend their workout regime!

I’ve been working with Dia for 2.5 months and am deeply enjoying my experience. As a professional dancer who lost most of my work performing in the pandemic, I’ve been struggling with grief and confusion around how to get back in shape. Holistic and, fully covered approach. Dia is that kind of personal trainer who gives you the tools for achieving your weight loss/gain/maintenance goals. While writing this review I'm still in my weight loss journey, feeling and knowing how to appreciate every pound that I shed... I truly believe in body positive but, if your weight comes as a result of sadness and difficulties this is what you are carrying around and on top of your shoulders...

I have an active family, demanding work schedule, and little time for myself. Nonetheless, I wanted to improve my strength and agility. Dia definitely delivers!
She is tough, but patient, and showed me the necessary corrective exercises to begin my workout journey. Once underway, Dia's workouts are creative and effective. As the workout challenges increase, so do the gains.

Dia does a great job of explaining the program and listening to her clients. After dealing with many trainers and a couple of Physical Therapists, she was the first on diagnose me properly and put me on a program that addresses my specific needs to help me be my best self. I have been working out for years both on my own and with personal trainers. Then I met Dia at the beginning of 2020, and it seemed like I never worked out before. She was so much more in-depth than any trainer that I worked out with. She showed me new movements, corrected my form - on movements that I have been doing for a lifetime. She would be specific and intentional about which muscles we were working on and how to target them. She challenges me at every visit, and what looks like it'll be easy, never is :o), and I like that! I feel stronger, and healthier working out with Dia.

Dia thinks holistically, we talk about my diet, supplements and she even suggested that I visit naturopathic doctor to help me be more holistic in my health journey.

Dia has been my trainer since Summer 2018, and I have been really satisfied with our results. I went into personal training with very little awareness on exercise or nutrition. Dia identified the issues with my alignment and back tension and worked with me to develop a program that not only focused on my goals of weight loss and building strength, but also worked on correctives to ensure long term results, fitness, and health. Dia pushes me hard as a trainer, but we achieve things on realistic timelines. I have been able to meet my goals AND maintain them because with Dia, it's about changing your lifestyle in a sustainable way. Her programs are also easy to follow thanks to the app system she uses, so I am able to get in a great work out on my own when we are apart.

She has additionally been very flexible and accommodating when it comes to training virtually due to COVID-19, and I am still seeing results outside of the gym since we made the transition to shelter-in-place back in March.
