Imo, this is one of the best gyms in the area. As others have mentioned it's extremely spacious, I have never waited for a Squat rack or deadlift platform. They have tons of bumper plates,a huge selection of bars, dumbells go up to 120lb. They have a great selection of leg equipment, including a rogue rhino belt Squat and a Pendulum Squat. They have lots of great separate areas to do various workouts in. They have an area with a sled and some strong man stuff including a log press. I feel like the only negative is their flat benches, definitely not for power lifters, they are a very weird matrix bench. They have an awesome selection of machines, they have a ton of cables machines as well. Definitely a place to check out!

Great gym to get in and get a good lift. Very spacious. I've never waited for a squat rack, deadlift bar, press bench, or free weight bench. It is Well stocked with machines, has great calisthenic and conditioning options, and large rooms for A very non corporate atmosphere and the staff is very laid-back and helpful. There are plenty of classes if interested and the pricing is extremely fair.

I have been going to The Fitness Company in Webster since the beginning of the year. I had previously been a member of a 2 other gyms but chose to come to The Fitness Company for a change. This is a great gym that has just about everything you’d need/want out of a gym. Their pricing is competitive and fair compared to others in the area.

Their free weights can accommodate most anybody. Their machine equipment has a wide variety and they rarely have equipment out of service. There is plenty of cardio equipment as well.

The gym offers fresh protein shakes at the front desk and they are very good. They also offer single serve energy drinks and protein shakes.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I’ve personally been impressed by Nick and Layla (unsure of the spelling), they are very attentive and work very hard.

After being a member of World Gym in Webster for a long time but being forced to switch gyms due to the closing of World Gym, I am glad I gave The Fitness Company a try. They have exceeded my expectations.

Gym has some quality machines that you don’t find in every gym. Especially their selection of equipment for legs. Plenty of space and machines that never leave you waiting for a turn. Friendly atmosphere. Defiantly recommend over other gyms in the area.

When I walked in I asked the young guy at the counter “Sway” if he could show me how to use the hip thrust machine when I’m ready. He looked at the computer and said is it Dominique? I said yes. He said sure let me know when your ready and I got you. Welcome! (I guess he noticed I was new to the gym)
Later I told him I was ready. He even explained to me the different feet positions and what areas of the glute it would target. Sway also made sure my form was right and had me do a couple thrusts to make sure I did it correctly before he walked away. Very nice young man! Thank you for your help.

I have been part of many gyms in the Rochester area both in Greece, the city, Fairport & now Webster and this gym is ELITE. They not only have the best equipment (machines I haven’t seen at any other gym including the “luxury” gyms in Rochester). By far the BEST weight lifting equipment! Another reason I love this gym is because every staff member is amiable & attentive, knowing everyone and greeting you by name, even before scanning in! It truly feels like a family dynamic and I have only been a member for a few months now! They care about causes with fundraising & even do incredible giveaways! 10/10 best gym in the area by far! <3

Let me tell you why this is the best gym… it’s not just that they have some of the best equipment, they do, it’s not just that they have some of the best trainers, they do, it’s not just that their 25,000 sq ft facility is kept very neat and clean, it is, it’s the personal care and sense of family that Todd and his crew provide resulting in a great place to workout!
