We are a local family-owned business and we're excited to provide a fitness center for Barneveld and the surrounding areas! We have an open gym along with several different group fitness classes for any ability. With our enthusiastic and motivational staff and instructors along with the comaraderie of seeing your fellow community members, you'll actually be looking forward to your next workout. I've traveled 50 miles 3x a week from the Adk Mountains, I've had memberships in the past 10 years at every new & old gym in the Utica area! This is the only one that is spotless, spacious, clean, but the staff is amazing! Friendly ppl who are just plain nice! Helpful & total pros!

The staff is phenomenal! Great classes for any level! If you're looking to start your journey into fitness, this is definitely the place to do it! When finished with a workout, the Shake Connection at the front desk never ceases to amaze me!

I've been training with Jake since April 2023, and he has been fantastic. As a trainer myself, I love learning from him. He is super knowledgeable and is an awesome trainer. The gym itself has great equipment. Overall, I love the place and I am happy to be a member!

I enjoy the classes very much. Great workout with Lacey in Zumba, and Carole is also an excellent instructor in the Fit for Life sessions. Jake is very friendly and super helpful.

Not a family place. Very rude guy did a check mark in the air for each of my kids saying they couldn't be here even though they were all over 10. I had called before I came and specifically asked an age requirement. They said they didn't have one and that the kids just needed to be mature. I'm very disappointed that these people don't care about human beings. And didn't treat my children like they had feelings at all. Very disrespectful. Again not a family place.

Great Gym with a super staff and Trainers! So glad I joined.
