There is no limit to what you are capable of, physically and mentally. The Limit is about perseverance. The goal is to push yourself past your individual limit.
We believe that each person requires unique training for their personal abilities. Our trainers are all certified and able to adapt to your needs, whether you are dealing with an injury or health issue, are pregnant or postpartum, or you’re just looking for the ultimate challenge. There’s always a way to train hard and get results.
Our classes provide a variety of workouts with movements that are simple, effective, and safe. Our goal is to make you feel strong and confident in yourself.

I've been to a few strength classes here with different instructors, and honestly, this place is more about vibes than actual training. It's basically a social hour for people who are already genetically thin and wealthy to show off, not a space for learning proper form or building strength. The instructors? Pilates girls cosplaying as strength coaches. Their form is so bad I'm shocked they haven't injured themselves yet-so of course, they're not correcting anyone else's either.
Instead, they're too busy catering to the livestream for online members while ignoring the people actually in the room. I've been a trainer and instructor for 18 years, and recently switched careers. It blows my mind that they make you sign a waiver saying you can't sue them-because the instruction is that unsafe.
Watching people lift with form this bad hurt my heart.
The icing on the cake is the music is so loud, like unbearably loud. You can barely hear the instructor anyway.

Highly recommend The Limit! I was a bit intimidated for my first class (dance cardio, over a year ago) since I’m not particularly coordinated or athletic! But all the trainers do such a great job breaking the choreography down and giving an energetic, fun and challenging workout. They really care about the health, strength and progress of the beautiful community that they have created. I always leave happier and stronger than when I came in.

I really enjoy coming to classes at The Limit! I feel like I always leave having had a great, challenging workout that leaves me sore for days. My go-to is Olivia’s dance cardio! She’s such a delightful ball of energy and the cues are so helpful to guide you along. Also appreciate the options for modifying—you can take the classes from wherever you’re at—that is until I build up my strength again! ;) The studio is tidy, a friendly face always at the front (hi, Cherish!), and there’s a pleasantly stocked locker/shower room. Thanks for such a kick-butt workout!

Nice studio for West Chelsea neighborhood. Clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly as well. Love the cardio tone class. Good for beginners and advanced fitness lovers.

I highly recommend taking classes at The Limit! Not only will you get an incredible workout, but the trainers are wonderful! The first class I took in studio was the tone class with Megan. In the moments when my body could not handle one more movement (in a good way!), her energy and enthusiasm kept me going. Looking forward to my next class tomorrow!

This workout pushes you to your limit. Have been working out with these women for years, pre-babies, during pregnancy and postpartum. They will challenge you, pump you up and push you. All the while making sure you have proper form to prevent injury. Do this workout - your body and mind will thank you.

The Limit is the most challenging and amazing workout I have ever done and the only one that’s kept me in it! I started with the On Demand videos and then got to work privately with Beth to gear up for my rigorous dance job at the end of last year. I seriously could not have made it through without her and The Limit. My body and mind have never felt more strong and I can’t wait to keep going and training at the new and beautiful IN PERSON Studio! The team is amazing, and the classes are amazing! The limit is by far the best workout I have ever tried. The classes are fun and challenging at the same time! The trainers are so good - they make sure I keep pushing myself without getting injured. This workout is my go to every day for workouts . I love the on demand option when I travel. And the zoom classes are so personal that I feel like I’m in the room. And now with the new Limit studio bin NY(which is incredible btw) I can have the energy of in person classes again. This workout has changed my life and I’m stronger at 42 than I was at 32 and 22. Try this workout no matter what level you are at. There are options for everyone and all the trainers are certified. I highly recommend this company!

The Limit is incredible! It’s a work out that’s about challenging yourself to push your limits (haha) to be your best self, not to be bikini ready or to earn calories or other nonsense. Every trainer is great but a special shout out to the founder Beth Nicely, whose positive energy could probably power the entire studio’s electric grid.

Truly nothing exists like this workout. I have tried every single trendy and non trendy fitness situation in NYC and nothing compares.
