We love the LIV Method. My husband and I started going a year and a half ago and it’s been one of the best decisions we have ever made. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. The facilities are immaculate and everyone who frequents the gym is inviting and makes us feel like a part of a community.
The LIV method has been amazing about accommodating our hectic and busy schedule and their multiple locations make it convenient for both our home and places of work.
I would highly recommend the LIV method for individuals, small and large groups and people of all fitness backgrounds!

So thankful for the LIV Method! As somebody with an unpredictable work schedule, it's been really difficult for me to find a consistent way to workout in the city. Thanks to my amazing trainer Jose and his flexibility, I've been able to make working out a priority via the LIV Method for almost 2 years now. And on top of all that - I actually have arm muscles?! Who knew!

I began training with Ian 2 months ago and I can confidently say I feel stronger after every session! I had been doing physical therapy for 1.5 years due to a knee injury and decided to take the leap with a trainer. I am so glad I did because I can actually see muscle growth faster and my quality of life has improved mentally and physically. I had never lifted before starting personal training and now I’m doing things I thought my body could never do! LIV Method is an amazing facility, quality equipment, showers and cold eucalyptus towels (I mean what else could you want?) I have been training with Rita at LIV method for almost 2 years now and I cannot recommend it enough! It’s my favorite way to start and end the week. I have tried other gyms and other trainers and never lasted more than a few months, I would usually get bored and lose interest (I also don’t like large classes). Then 2 years ago I decided to give the LIV method a try, assuming I’d go a few times and “take a break” and never go back. Well, it’s 2 years later and I go 2x/week, and am in better shape than I’ve ever been!

I have LOVED Liv Method. I originally joined to train for an event, however I've continued to train long after the event because I have loved the workout and the results. I train with Rita - who is an absolute GEM and one of my favorite people. I couldn't recommend her more, but everyone there is great. I also love the facilities/amenities. There are showers, towels, blow dryers so I'm able to go before work or an event.

The LIV Method is the best gym in NYC. Beyond the unbelievably knowledgeable and talented training staff, the warm and welcoming demeanor of every single person involved with LIV makes the experience feel truly personal. Matt has cultivated an incredible environment and absolutely beautiful facilities. I have had the privilege of working with two world class trainers since I started at LIV in 2019, Shany Dagan and Mendy Borevitz, both of whom are the smartest, kindest and most patient trainers you can imagine. I still train with Shany today and her skill is unparalleled, in addition to being the most supportive, enthusiastic and genuinely good person. 10/10.

I really cannot say enough great things about The Liv Method. It has become one of my favorite places since I started in May of 2019. I have been training with Matt over the years and he has been there to support me through so many of life journeys. Matt got me in shape for my wedding, kept me strong throughout my first pregnancy and now through my postpartum training. After my sessions, I always leave feeling stronger and motivated to do great things. The Liv Method has become so much more than just a beautiful & clean gym to me.. it is a place that is filled with people that feels like family. I’ve been training at the LIV method for two years and I can no recommend enough. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, the space is always pristine, clean and organized. The staff is so kind it feels like a big welcome home every time I go in for a session. My trainer helped me recover after my first pregnancy and trained me throughout my second and I am SO grateful this place exits.

I began training with Tommy at the LIV Method in August 2021. It started as a push to get out of the house once a week and quickly turned into a 2x a week necessity. I was incredibly nervous in the beginning, having always been the person who stood in the back of the fitness class to have the full attention on me in our 1:1 but Tommy made sure I was comfortable at the start. Our sessions became true 'me time', building upon my strength, trying elements I would have never thought to do and I left feeling more energized than ever each and every time. It has always been the perfect amount of push that I needed - paired with elements I liked, like boxing. I am truly so thankful to have found the LIV Method & incredibly thankful to Tommy who has always made our sessions so valuable to my growth mentally & physically.

I’ve been at the LIV Method for over a decade, seeing my trainer Matt once a week. In that decade, never have we repeated a work out. It’s always been dynamic and responsive to my needs. When I had shoulder tendinitis, Matt strengthened all the supporting muscles in my shoulders and worked on rotator cuff mobility. My shoulders have been pain free for eight years. When my hips were tight, when I injured my heel, when my back hurt from my desk bound job, when I was totally burned out from having young kids + that desk bound job, Matt responded to each, crafting training specific to my body, my limits, and my needs. At 43, I am mobile, strong, and in better shape than I’ve ever been at any point in my adult life. Thank you LIV and thank you Matt.

Nothing but amazing things to say about The LIV Method!! I’ve been working out with Margaret weekly and our sessions really help set the tone for my week. More importantly, I’ve also noticed a huge improvement in my strength and confidence, not just in our weekly sessions but also in my solo workouts. Margaret is always challenging me to push myself and the progressive training leads to tangible results. The trainers at LIV are all incredibly passionate and provide encouragement and support beyond the gym. I can't wait to continue my training!!

I have been training with Jeremy since the beginning of year.
My initial goal was for health, longevity and improving my climbing skills since I needed to work on my overall strength.
This year I ended up having 2 abdominal surgeries in less than 3 months. And coming to the LIV method with Jeremy has been instrumental for me to accelerate recovery and set up a good mindset after surgery.

I started working out at The LIV Method in January 2022 and have had the most amazing experience! I spent 2021 healing from an eating disorder and compulsive obsession with working out so I was nervous to jump back into it however my fears were relieved after my initial call with Matt. He explained their method and after hearing that I wanted to focus on rebuilding my strength he paired me with Quentin, who turned out to be amazing. I have been working out with Quentin 2x a week since January and I cannot wait to continue working with him. He makes working out fun and challenges me in a way that does not feel impossible. Not only has my strength soared but I’m seeing physical results that I am proud of. Also the LIV space is amazing and the entire staff is so warm and welcoming! It’s so refreshing to walk into a gym environment where everyone is so kind and friendly! Can’t wait to continue working out here!

I love training at The Liv Method! I have been working out here since 2019. LIV has a great atmosphere with a spacious locker room, nice showers, and amenities. I train with Master Trainer Rachel K. and she is attentive, challenging, and so fun to work with. She checks in pre/post workouts and I feel super comfortable with her. I highly recommend working with The Liv Method to reach your fitness goals.. several of my friends have also signed up!
