Love that this gym complex has grown so huge in its offerings for ALL ages. It is BUSY and owners must be pleased. Reception is very friendly and helpful. Although I don’t like giving poor reviews, I must comment that the main equipment work out floor is waaaay too overcrowded. It’s concerning. The smell of stale funky sweat is overpowering, until the worst happens, you get used to it!! If 1 more machine is squeezed onto the floor there would be no room to walk. Unfortunately to protect members privacy as they workout, I wont take photos to show what I mean.

We are here playing a volley tournament and it is 7 degrees outside. We were told by the manager that some of the heating units were down. It is 49 degrees inside. See picture. They need to hire a plumber immediately or put in portable heating units to meet OSHA requirements. This poses dangerous conditions for everyone. Hope this gets rectified.

Gold's really is a great gym with a great staff. Very clean and all the equipment you desire for a quality workout. Coincidentally Downstate Volleyball club runs out of there if you're looking to enroll your juniors into a fun lifetime athletic activity.

Love the size of the gym and great trainers.

Decent equipment but everything is dated and nothing is maintained well. There is a dearth of plates. It's comparable to an old Ferrari you'd find in a barn, tons of potential and the foundation for greatness is there, but has just been neglected.
