Exactly seven months ago, I walked into The Trainer Page (TTP) and I haven't looked back. This gym has completely changed my life, revealing a level of capability and dedication I didn't know I possessed. When I arrived, I had absolutely no clue what to do in a gym setting and I desperately needed direction. TTP changed that!
​I love their full and complete 45- and 60-minute workouts. They are led by professional trainers who ensure every exercise is explained and modeled thoroughly—a huge benefit for someone just starting out. Beyond the structure, the staff and members are wonderful; I finally found the community and guidance I was searching for. 100/10 would recommend the Trainer Page to anyone! In only 2 months I was able to reach my fitness goals for my wedding. This Gym is a Godsend I needed structure in my fitness routine. I needed motivation and Guidance and support and that is exactly what I got at the trainer page gym. Sweat therapy -"where every drop of sweat counts" has to be the best and my favorite mantra ever! Even though this past Friday was a particularly difficult workout for me since I had pretty severe sunburn on my shoulders and neck BUT John helped me modify some of the moves so I could still put in some sweatin time and physicl effort and not suffer so much sunburn pain while trying to push thru.

Maybe I drank the Kool-Aid but I absolutely love coming to each class. This is the first time I actually look forward to going, and I’m becoming that crazy person who wakes up at 430AM to get to a 5AM class.

I just completed my 1st week here. They really have it down. I have never felt so comfortable! I came in knowing nothing and that's OK! I came in not able to do a lot...and that's OK! I was nervous to start a group workout class as I tend to be self-conscious and feel like people are looking at me when in reality they AREN’T - LOL. But the first class I took was on a Saturday which was with Miguel and I actually met someone super friendly who encouraged me to the whole time! Miguel was super supportive and motivating me to keep going. Miguel and the person I had met that day were the reasons I decided to get a membership! Additionally, I recently had a dizzy spell during class and John, another great trainer there, was super supportive and told me to take it easy, drink small sips of water etc. I just want to emphasize that even though I only mentioned two of the trainers at the trainer page, ALL OF THEM, really do CARE about their clients, and it’s a great supportive space to be in. I would recommend the trainer page to everyone looking for a supportive community to workout with!

Let me start by saying if you are looking for a gym/ family that really sets a tone and goals and are excited for you every time you reach one, look no further!. I have never been one to commit to something for long because I tend to get bored, but this is the 1st gym I wasn't bored! I have always struggled to stay consistent in working out, but coming to this gym has changed my whole perspective! I used to find going to the gym awkward and uncomfortable because I didn’t know what to do or how to do it. TTP eliminates all the stress of that. The workouts are laid out step by step and they’re fun and easy to follow. You have guidance from the trainers for the entire class to keep you motivated and support you in things you are unfamiliar with or pushing your limits on. You don’t have to think about what part of your body to workout or for how long. All the planning is done for you, even down to the music. All you have to do is show up and the rest is taken care of. I have now been coming to TTP for over two years and feel thrilled when I see the way I’ve progressed both physically and mentally. It truly is sweat therapy. It’s always fun and different and you constantly get to learn new things. If you do one thing for yourself, let it be coming to TTP because it’s an investment into yourself and you will not regret it!

The TTP is not around the block for me but I don’t mind the drive because the trainings are 45 min and you’re done for the day. Not just any training - amazing workouts that target your entire body and always different. It’s worth the trip and worth the money. All of the trainers are great, but Miguel pushes me the way I need to be pushed. He explains the exercises like Pro, shows the proper form and exudes positivity and energy every time. He’s an amazing trainer, and I always look forward to his trainings. He makes me sweat and kicks my ass but it’s a good hurt! Because of Miguel, TTP’s slogan should be “Hurts So Good”!! Never leave Miguel!!!

I’ve been going for a month straight, it is by far one of the best fitness classes I’ve tried. Both effective and enjoyable. I’ve done Pilates and CrossFit, but sweat therapy is where it’s at.

I love the coaches and the workouts are intense enough to be effective, but also allow you to go at your own pace and modify when needed. It’s really been wonderful for my health and stamina recovery overall. They also offer a body scan, which helps you track your progress overall. I am so glad my friend recommended them to me. It’s been great, I lost inches and body fat, trimmed up and best of all I have gotten a lot of my strength and agility back after some health struggles. I really love it, and I look forward to continuing my fitness and wellness journey with them.

Best decision of my life?! I could leave it at that but seriously I’m so happy I joined TTP almost 4 months ago. My confidence within the gym and outside has skyrocketed. My mental health was at such a low before I started and I’m glad I decided to do something for ME for once. The trainers and members are so nice and so welcoming. There are people of all shapes and athletic abilities which is really motivating to see. 4 months ago I never would have had the confidence to do some of these exercises on my own. I have posted a review before but it’s been awhile so I figured I’d post again. I have been attending the TTP For over a year now and I am so grateful that I signed up. I truly feel physically and mentally amazing after every workout and it’s nice to be surrounded by trainers who care about your fitness goals/journey.

I really wasn’t expecting anything when I wrote this review and didn’t think anyone would have even reached out.

Steph and Nick were just so nice and really listened to what I had to say. I truly appreciate their concern and how kind they were.

They really do want every memeber to be successful in their fitness journey and they are very passionate about that - I can tell from our conversation.

I feel the reviews on here aren’t authentic.

I saw my friend on Instagram post she goes here so I followed the trainer page on Instagram. They followed me and then messaged asking if I was interested in taking a free class.

They set up a phone interview before booking the class asking what your goals are. I told the person over the phone I do not have any goals. I am looking to incorporate something new in my daily routine and I explained I already had a gym membership somewhere else.

I will say the class was great, it reminded me of a HIIT class. They have you come in 30 mins prior to the class to again ask you what are your goals, medical questions, and to go over their body scanner. The customer service was awesome up until I didn’t immediately sign up for a membership. I spoke with Zach and I just kinda felt like he was annoyed with me at the end of my workout because I didn’t sign up. I asked him to email me the different memberships and I would think about it. He never did and I just left there feeling weird. Btw, it’s $180 a month for unlimited classes and 1 body scan a month. I don’t need the body scan and I feel like the majority of what you are paying is for that body scan machine. It’s a good tool if you are looking to make a significant change in your appearance but, isn’t necessary for someone who is looking for just a high burning workout session.

Weeks go by and Chris text me with a Christmas special 12 days for $12. I said I was interested and let them know of the classes and times I could attend. Chris read the text and didn’t respond. I texted back in the morning to confirm, again the message was read but, never got a response back.

I noticed now they have unfollowed me on Instagram. LOL.

If you have no interest in signing up for a monthly membership don’t bother dropping in and taking a class. They will make you feel unwelcome.

Love this gym! I've tried every kind of workout class - kick boxing, orange theory, rumble, weight @ a gym, yoga, cycling class, boot camp. Name it and I've tried it. This gym is the only group workout class where I'm not counting the time. The workout is engaging and keeps me focused on my gains. Instructors really case and push you to help reach your goals. This is my first time at a gym like this with trainers and “stations”. I am all for it. I look forward to going and doing the work without having to figure out a workout routine, it’s there for me when I show up. The facility itself is always immaculate, organized, and clean. The lighting makes you feel comfortable its not bright like the typical gym. The music is always a great variety that makes you motivated. But, what really makes this place amazing is the trainers. The trainers all make you feel welcomed and supported. What can I say about the Trainer Page. I attended the gym two years ago and Nick the amazing owner and the rest of the crew taught me how to focus on your mental health first and then physical health takes over but that mental health is important. At the time that I was attending the gym my mom was battling cancer and my mom passed away in April of 2021. Nick and his team really helped me to relieve my stress and anger and even grief just by motivating me to coming into the gym. When I was going there I had finally started feeling comfortable in my body, feeling great, feeling better than I had in a very long time. This is more than a gym. Everyday there is a different workout that’s actually fun at the TTP. All of the trainer’s encouragement and positivity is priceless. The music, the lighting, the entire environment is fun to workout in. Everyone is very friendly and will answer any questions you might have. The trainers are supportive and will work to modify the workout to fit your needs. Usually there's a level of intimidation when you start at a new gym, but TTP makes you feel welcome from the start!

After being a years long member at LA fitness I needed something that would finally push me to my goals. I decided to try this gym after taking a few trial classes at other small “boot camp” style gyms in the area. This is the first and only fitness experience that has actually kept my interest and excited me. The instructors are amazing and keep you working hard the entire time. The workouts are different every time I go, and the environment (dark room, neon lights) really helps me stay focused on my performance and helps me not feel self conscious about how I look while doing the workouts :) They give you a 3d body scan once per month with your membership to track results, and it’s really incredible to see how much leaner and stronger I’ve gotten in such a short amount of time. When I first started I didn’t think I would even last 7 weeks…now I can’t see myself stopping. Thank you Kelsey, Bella, Talia and Nick! You are all amazing!

The best gym ever! I joined around the end of October and have been hooked since. The trainers are so great and motivating, and have your best interest at mind. The environment is so welcoming and fun, and the workouts fly by. I definitely recommend it no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

This may be a little long so here we go…I started here in December 2022 and thanks to all the trainers, I’ve already made positive and consistent changes into my lifestyle. What I love most about this gym and their program is that it’s mindless for me…Meaning, I don’t need to think about what kind of workout I should do for the day because everything is planned for you, and without a doubt I know I will be walking out of class with an accomplished sweat. Additionally, it helps to hold me accountable because if you really want to make changes, then you will get the job done! I’ve had the privilege in participating in each of the trainers workouts and they have their own challenging style and it never feels like the same routine of exercises. It’s kind of exciting to walk in and not know exactly what will be on todays “menu”. They are motivating both vocally and with their playlist making sure to keep the energy up (no headphones required..EVER). I want to shout out Bella for taking the time to correcting my form during lateral raises. It’s attention to detail like that from a trainer that you won’t get by staring at yourself in a mirror and thinking “I guess I’m doing this right”. She saw the issue and corrected it and explained why. I go in with the mindset that I want to get the most of each and every exercise that we are tasked to do efficiently and effectively. Receiving feedback whether positive or constructive is always welcomed on my end and it has consistently been provided by them.

The Trainer Page is more than a place to get a killer, ever challenging, ever changing work out it also nurtures a deep sense of community. The Trainer’s not only help accommodate workouts to your level but help drive you to not give up that last 10 seconds. Is it hard ? Yes but not only is it physically satisfying (goodbye 11 inches) but it provides a great place to work out the stress and anxiety of the day. TTP is not just a gym. They encourage and support emotional and personal development that you wouldn’t be able to find in a big box gym. This place is worth it.

I started going to the trainer page in November because I wanted to get in better shape for my wedding. It has been an amazing experience and the one thing that this gym has helped me with the most is being more consistent. My schedule is really busy and I was having a difficult time getting myself to the gym during the week and lacked motivation. Since, I started going to the trainer page, I have been consistently going to the gym every week and I feel mentally and physically better. I get a great workout overtime and the trainers truly care about you.

From class start to finish, the trainer/trainers walk around and they help, motivate and push you to be the best you can be. It's never a bad day at TTP! I love being apart of TTP! It has been such a safe space for me to let go of any stress/negative feelings. I always come out feeling my best and so freeing. As someone who hates going to the gym for many reasons, TTP has a different vibe & is such a different environment in all the BEST possible ways. The small classes make me feel less anxious and more comfortable as well. No one is there staring at you, judging you, making you feel bad, and I love that about TTP. The trainers are all so nice and encouraging weather you're a beginner at working out or an expert. They were with me every step of the way during class. The classes/workouts are great, fun, and really leave you feeling your strongest. If anyone has any hesitation on signing up, I'd say stop and go sign up! Let's not forget about the good music-always on point!

I hate working out… just the thought of it overwhelms me most times… I’ve tried several different gyms in the area and I have never stuck to any of them… but I finally found something I can stick to and I am more than half way towards my very aggressive goal… I wanted to lose 50 lbs and I’ve already lost 30!!!! I feel like I can do it because the classes are so fun! I get such a good sweat, I get home and my shirt is drenched! Best of all I don’t feel like I’m overexerting myself or like I can’t keep this up… I actually look forward to going to this gym… they are so personable and so helpful… every single person on staff knows my name, they check up on you without be interested pushy, they support and encourage you. Nick is incredible, Kelsey, Talia, Marc are phenomenal, the girl at the front desk is so nice… they make things fun and it feels like home… they music selections pumps me up and the time flies… they have fun activities outside of the gym to shake things up, once there was a beach workout… they really have the formula down packed… it is worth every dollar and more!!! Never thought I could lose this much weight, maintain it and keep losing… I feel stronger, I can do more and it feels incredible… thank you guys, the best gym in town hands down!!! And full transparency, I almost didn’t want to write this review so this place don’t get too packed, but they deserve all the accolades. TpT rocks!

I saw the ads on Instagram and I had to try it out. My first day that I went everyone was so welcoming and nice. The classes are not Crowded so you really get a 1 on 1 experience with the trainers. They are always doing new workouts. Nick and Kelsey and Mark who are always there to encourage and motivate! This week officially marks my first month and I’m mad I only found them this recently. I went in for my free class and signed a membership on the spot. The way the sessions are set up make it a great environment for all levels. The level of care and the judgment free atmosphere are other great motivators. I started coming to this gym about 3 months ago. I saw the ads on social media and had to go. When I first went everyone was so welcoming and nice. I have lost around 17 pounds just from going to the sweat therapy classes and dropped 4.3% body fat based off their 3D Body Scanner. The best part about this gym is how nice the trainers are! Love this gym and I 100% recommend!

Love the Trainer Page! The classes are small so you really get a 1 on 1 experience with the trainers. They are always switching up the workouts so I’ve never been bored.
