I’ve been to a few different personal trainers in the Rochester area and no one beats Brad and his workouts. Brad keeps you moving the whole hour you train. No time is wasted. The gym is clean and professional! My body completely transformed in 3 months of being with him! He even gives you in-site on the correct diet to follow to achieve your best results. LOVE IT. BEST GYM IN ROCHESTER.

Training Grounds with Brad has been wonderful. As a full time stylist and salon owner, I’m on my feet all day. I’m not getting younger so I thought it would be good to start strength training for my bones now. My only request to Brad was I need to keep working. I cannot be pushed so hard that I would need to take off days of rest. My salon schedule does not allow for that. Brad promised he would keep me working all the while helping me build strength. I had my doubts at first as this is an intense all body workout that Brad tailors individually to meet his clients wants and needs. But being true to his word, I have not had any injuries nor have I had to take off days of work to recover from this training. He’s right there with me one on one making sure everything is correct. I’m pushed hard but feel very safe knowing Brad knows what he’s doing and I’m still able to work. I’d tell anyone to contact training grounds if you want to build strength with professionals that know how to keep you safe and build the body you are looking for.

Brad and the rest of the staff at the training grounds are amazing!!! I used to train with Brad 2-3 times a week and found myself in amazing better shape mentally and physically after every session.
Brad is an amazing trainer, life coach and friend. If you’re looking for a place to train you’d be stupid not to check this place out.
