I never thought I'd have a personal trainer -- or enjoy working out! -- but four pregnancies was not kind to my body. Coach Lindsay has been wonderful!

Lindsay is a prenatal, postpartum and woman's fitness coach and instructor who is AMAZING. She's a wealth of knowledge on the science of fitness and women's' bodies. I wish I had discovered her earlier. I think prenatal work: truly understanding and preparing for what my body would do in labor childbirth might have prevented a c-section. I didn't know what I was doing and wore out. We train for marathons, but not for birth.

I can't recommend her enough for anyone pregnant, recovering from childbirth or just looking to be more active and learn about health and fitness.

The gym is child friendly for your little ones who need to tag along, and Coach Lindsay is amazing with older kids. My 11yo who has specific fitness needs but HATES group sports is training with me and learning a ton.

Mama friends and the like!

If you're in the south towns and looking to find a place to be free to be yourself while getting the guidance you're looking for postpartum... The Wellness Barn and Fitness is where you gotta be.

Thanks to the support and encouragement of my bff, I've been exercising since 4 months postpartum. I've had quite a bit of a struggle with weight gain as well as other common postpartum concerns. My friend found Lindsay's beautiful private gym and since working with her I've found confidence and so much more.

Lindsay is an incredible coach who specializes in helping women navigate wellness before, during and after pregnancy. She brings who own personal experience as well as her years of education and training to the table when working with individuals and groups.

If you're looking for a specialist who simply answers your pregnancy or postpartum related questions or someone to completely customize an exercise and nutrition plan for you or anything in-between, Lindsay and her private gym are where you need to head to!

I've been doing 1:2 personal training sessions 1 x / and also have my monthly membership too. I love that I can come whenever is convenient for me (like a typical box gym) but I can also bring my daughter. PLUS she always has a personalized workout on the board which takes the guess work out of working out!!! Go check her and the Wellness Barn and Fitness out NOW!!!

I’m so happy that I found this place! I’m 9 months postpartum and I’ve been training with Lindsay since the spring. She has helped me to get much stronger and healthier in my postpartum journey. I appreciate that I don’t feel like I’m walking into a gym surrounded by tons of people watching me. Lindsay has made everything personalized to me and my goals and is helping me make them a reality. So whether you’re looking to get back in shape after having a baby or just want to become a better version of yourself, The Wellness Barn is the perfect place to go! 10/10 would recommend!

Great gym, nice location, enjoyable atmosphere. Lots of supportive members in the gym! The workouts were awesome, left feeling strong and motivated after each class. They welcome children with you; which made the gym much more accessible for me, as I don’t have consistent childcare! My only “complaint” is that, since adding more work on my plate, the class times were very limiting and I almost could never make it in. Ended up cancelling my membership because of this, but if there were more class times, I would have stayed!

I came to Lindsay 20 weeks pregnant and continue to see her 4 months postpartum. I credit so much of my healthy pregnancy to training with her! She is accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and makes it fun!! I don’t usually stick to working out, but I always looks forward to coming and always feel amazing after… and now she’s got a boxing class which I love!! So grateful for this fun and safe space!
