We visited The Yoga Space for a private yoga class for a bachelorette party today. LeeAnna was amazing! Leading up to the event, communication was professional, easy, and prompt. When we arrived, the space was beautiful. She asked us what we wanted out of the class and she accommodated everyone including myself (who had a recent injury). The class was challenging, fun, and relaxing. All of her cues and assists were on point and she gave a tailored class for all levels of practice. The essential oil with savasana was the perfect touch. We left feeling joyful, grateful, and grounded and were all talking about how great the class was the rest of the day.

So happy to have found The Yoga Space! Restorative Yoga with LeeAnna is amazing, as is Iyangar with Mary Page. They are so sweet and attentive to each person in their classes. I highly recommend The Yoga Space! They have so many different classes to offer, too!

I’ve taken several classes with different teachers here. The quality of teaching is excellent, as well as the variety of offerings. The restorative yoga class I took with Leeanna was so nurturing, and I felt completely rejuvenated. I love how she brings in a variety of optional tools including essential oil fragrances, and gentle hands on, if the student is interested, for proprioceptive feedback. Her other yoga classes are expertly designed and taught.

I also love the NIA classes with Joy. She is an exceptional teacher, and like her name, the movements are very uplifting. She makes people feel comfortable, no matter what level they are at.

I go to Leanna’s class once a week. Since I’ve been going regularly my lower back feels better than it did when I was going to the chiropractor. I love Leanna’s class and how my body feels after.

I've lived in this area for about 4 years now and finally found a yoga studio that I really enjoy. The space is inviting, spacious and comfortable. The classes I've been to have been great and the teachers really listen and provide great instruction and guidance. I highly recommend.

Located inside the Hurleyville Arts Centre, the Yoga Space is a light-filled, fully-stocked gem of a studio. Props are provided and teachers come from a variety of backgrounds. It’s always a pleasure to see familiar faces as well as make connections with new people, and the more I visit, the more stories and wonderful memories I get to take home with me!!

I love TheYoga Space. I go to Yoga and Nia dance classes at this studio weekly. The instructors I have met are all highly qualified, friendly and knowledgeable about their discipline. They are extremely helpful in helping learn the routines and build the skills of the discipline. They all know how to teach the client how to adapt or adjust the skills being taught through the use of props. Now they are providing a variety of classes to meet everyone’s needs. Highly recommend The Yoga Space.

I ama 57 year old runner and have been suffering from incredibly tight hip flexors which has caused me to stop running. Just a month of Restorative Yoga on Sunday afternoons has made an incredible difference. I can now sit cross legged on the floor for more than a few seconds without pain! I am hoping that after a few more sessions I will be able to start running again.

Love the yoga, love the teacher; LeeAnna is amazing. LeeAnna teaches a wonderful class, focusing on strengthening, stretching and invigorating yoga poses. The Yoga Space in Hurleyville is exactly what I was looking for in an upstate studio. LeeAnna is an exceptional yoga instructor - always attentive to everyone’s abilities and she couldn’t be friendlier. The studio is inviting and well- maintained. The Yoga Space in Hurleyville offers a variety of yoga styles in a serene, welcoming, and professionally appointed studio space. All of the instructors have the unique ability to structure their classes for yoga students of various skill levels which is really amazing. Class size is limited for both safety and comfort and allows for much individualized support and guidance. Classes are conveniently scheduled throughout the week both during the day and evenings and yoga mats and props are available for those who are scooting in directly from work or hiking on the nearby rail trail. The Yoga Space is truly a beacon of health and wellness in the community!

What a fun experience. This was nothing like I expected. The building is beautiful and meticulously kept. The facility itself is so clean and inviting. The instructor introduced herself and gave us a run down of the class. The class size was perfect, not empty but you weren't tripping on anyone. There are a good variation of classes offered with a nice variety of instructors. They also offer class packages to allow you to explore and find your perfect match. You can prepay and tip right on the website so all you have to do is show up and enjoy. I truly enjoyed being nudged out of my comfort zone. It was a really good workout without feeling like one.
