About the Club

Three Hammers is a welcoming, supportive and inclusive training community conveniently located on 63rd street right off of Roosevelt Avenue in Woodside, NY. We are a block from both the 61st street 7 train stop and LIRR Woodside stop.
Our facility is equipped with barbells, weightlifting platforms, kettlebells, dumbbells, a Rogue pull up rig, Concept2 rowers, bike-ergs, ski-ergs and much more. We train anyone and everyone. You’ll find students, executives, stay-at-home parents, athletes, artists, first responders, educators, lawyers, and more. All fitness levels are welcome!

Great space, amazing coaches and wonderful people to train with! Mabel, Adam and Sig are so supportive and always pushing you to be better. Over a year ago was my first time trying CrossFit and I’ve never looked back. You get stronger and are surrounded by people cheering you on! Highly recommend!

Coach Adam is legit! Phenomenal CrossFit training facility with new equipment. They also have five platforms for Olympic weightlifting, jerk blocks and more. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great gym in Queens.

I absolutely love my experience at Three Hammers! When I first started, I had zero experience with CrossFit, but the coaches here have been amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer support. I came across Three Hammers Training when looking for a gym to do a couple of Olympic Weightlifting drop in sessions when I was spending a few days in NYC and I couldn't have found a better place! They were responsive to my emails and both Adam and Mabel were super warm and welcoming.

The facility was clean, well-organized and had IWF barbells and plates in KG. I easily found a spot in the mornings to complete my weighlifting sessions and enjoyed every minute there.
Also, loved their merch and the nice pictures of athletes in the washroom.

Even though there are other gyms close to where I usually stay, I would not hesitate to come back here.

i wanted to add a second review not possible and ill be coming back in somewhere around 3 weeks time so get ready and also kirby reyes you're a real one he is not giving false information and also pro tip (Don't take the following "pro tip" seriously) make me the mascot of three hammers training and you will get everyone in that gym like if a early teen is working out there its 5 star worthy (Again don't take this seriously i don't know how to run a gym) "just very good" ok bye bye also all the coaches are good p.s sebby please respond to me so i know you read it :)

I've recently joined Three Hammers Training and I'm absolutely loving it!!! From my initial email, expressing interest in the gym I have been welcomed into the community of this new CrossFit gym in Queens. I was selective in the gym that I wanted to join and I couldn’t be happier with this box! The programming is 10/10, challenging yet rewarding, and it's really helping me achieve my fitness goals. The community environment is incredibly welcoming and supportive, making each workout session something to look forward. (sidenote, i NEVER look forward to burpees!) The coaches are knowledgeable and always willing to help you improve. I HIGHLY recommend this CrossFit gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out!

These guys are the best. All are serious athletes in their own right but they meet people at their skill level. I came here to have better conditioning and strength for grappling and judo and they worked with me. There is also a great sense of community here and lots of people from the neighbourhood. The culture is excellent and the workouts are demanding but always fun.

This gym is an amazing place to workout. They offer CrossFit, Sweat and Burn, and barbell classes. All of the coaches are motivating, encouraging, and inspiring. They go above and beyond to help anyway they can. The three hammers community is also supportive and encouraging.

I don't write many reviews but will do so here because it's been such a compelling experience for me. I am an average middle-aged man who tries to lose weight and get in shape. I have been going to the Three Hammers for its Sweat & Burn for the last two months. I imagine this class is a "lighter version" of a regular cross-fit class. Still, very challenging but not to the point where I feel like I am drowning. The instructor is engaging and excels at motivating and challenging students. The other instructors and students are all approachable and encouraging each other. It's a hidden gem in Woodside.

I really like this gym very much. 45 minutes sweat and burn will make you feel so good. I am usually sitting and studying all day - I started getting nerve pain on my leg so I joined this gym. 2 weeks in my pain is gone and I am actually looking forward for the session. You will love it! Plus the instructors are so awesome.

If you’re looking for a box that provides structure with a good mix of flexibility or variability, Three Hammers is the place for you. Not only do they offer CrossFit class, but they also have weightlifting platforms and offer a fire HIIT class called Sweat N Burn! The coaching energy is fun, joyous, and most of all welcoming! They offer a free trial class to see if CrossFit is for you! I definitely recommend trying them out TODAY!!!
