This company clearly doesn’t care about this particular gym. If that’s the case then sell off this location. Look at the effort put into their NYC locations vs. Massapequa. Embarrassing. Only good thing about this gym is their trainer Kenny.

Great gym! Great staff! Whoever comes in and uses literally every single weight on the second floor without cleaning up after themselves needs to go back to preschool to relearn "clean up time." The already shortened staff shouldn't have to clean your 80 lb weights.

I was so disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of my previous gym but I love this place. Top notch working equipment, it’s clean and spacious. This place is wonderful, I am so happy that they’re so close to my home.

I absolutely love this gym! Now that things are getting back to normal, the classes are up and running. I must say Susan’s Zumba class is out of this world! Her energy and excitement is contagious! Hoping they give her more days for her classes! <3 She interacts with her students, she dances with them and best of all she is a great representation for the gym. Tmpl is extremely clean as well. There are various custodial staff cleaning throughout the day. Great gym! :)

Ever since TMPL took over ownership of the gym, the experience, for the clients has been awesome. The facility is immaculate...There is staff on site always cleaning. Wipes for machines never run out and equipment is always serviced. Staff is always working to make the experience better for the clients and you can clearly see the efforts, through the pandemic.
Kristina Amato, General Manager has been working so hard and has been a huge part of the success of TMPL Massapequa being run so well.
I’m writing this under my husbands account...but I’m the one who is at the gym three times a week and love it there...Thank you Kristina and staff for making it so wonderful...Eileen Aloni
