Erin and her team are amazing! They’ve been my rock and have supported me through thick and thin. To The Core Lagree Fitness has been a game-changer for me. I’m in my sixties, not exactly a fitness enthusiast, and I was looking for a personal trainer. But instead, they suggested To The Core, and I must admit, I was a bit intimidated and hesitant to join. But after meeting Erin, I decided to give it a try, and I’ve been a member for almost a year now. I feel stronger and more energized than ever before. I just wrapped up the 75 Day Sweat Challenge at To the Core, and I can honestly say—it was life-changing. From day one, I felt so welcomed by the staff and community. The energy in the studio is absolutely infectious—supportive, motivating, and always positive.

The environment is everything you want in a studio: clean, uplifting, and filled with people who genuinely want to see you succeed. I always felt encouraged, never judged, and it made showing up (even on tough days) something I actually looked forward to.

As for the workout itself… wow. I cannot believe how much it has transformed both my body and my mind. The physical results speak for themselves—stronger, leaner, more toned—but what surprised me most was the mental shift. I feel more focused, confident, and resilient than I have in a long time. Lagree challenged me in ways I didn’t expect, and I am so grateful for that.

If you're even slightly considering trying this studio—do it. This challenge has been one of the most rewarding things I've done for myself in years.

Joined about a year ago and haven’t looked back! After testing out probably 6 other studios in the area, I knew this one was special from my very first class.

I love that classes are low impact but high intensity. As someone that hadn’t been able to work out regularly because high impact workouts and I don’t get along, this was life changing.

My health and fitness are in a better place today because of lagree and versa. I am so much stronger, and my balance and endurance are so much better.

So glad I stepped outside my comfort zone back then to try something new!

I reached out to “To The Core” on instagram over a year ago when I was in a rut with working out, I was so nervous to try something new and this was completely out of my comfort zone! I did not know what to expect for my first class but Erin informed me on everything I needed to know making me feel super comfortable and welcomed! These workouts are like nothing you’ve ever tried before and I cannot say enough about the Megaformers!! They are tough, challenging, rewarding, and you leave feeling AMAZING and addicted for more. Erin has worked so hard making this the only Lagree studio in Rochester and every day she brings us with new moves which makes every class unique and fun! If you haven’t tried a Lagree class you need to get your butt into the studio you won’t regret it! I discovered this studio on Instagram and was super nervous to try bc I’ve never done Pilates or Lagree before. I was worried that I wouldn’t know what to do or be able to stay up with the rest of the class. I decided to bring a friend with me and give it a try, we both loved it and have monthly memberships now. Meeting Erin my first class - she was super helpful and makes you feel SO comfortable. The atmosphere is very chill and non judgemental. I have never felt intimidated or anxious the way I have with other work out classes. I have taken a class with Erin, Courtney and Sarah and would recommend any class here with any instructor. The location is also great as there are healthy food options in the plaza for after like smoothies, açaí bowls all within walking distance! If your on the fence about trying lagree, this is your sign to try it! 45 minutes and your done!

Lagree is the best workout ever! I’m someone who gets bored easily so cardio classes & just weight lifting didn’t work for me. Lagree is the best of both worlds. I've been taking classes here for almost 3 months and let me tell you... I am challenged (and humbled) every class hahah

I wasn't someone who worked out consistently. I'd join a gym or take a couple classes but never found anything that stuck... nothing that grabbed my attention enough or gave me good enough results relatively quickly to keep going... for me, I think this was because I wasn't finding anything that had everything I was looking for in ONE work out: a happy balance of fun, different-every-time, and challenging classes, that could combine strength training, cardio, AND flexibility and stability training. Look, I don't want to workout every day, so when I DO work out I want it to cover all my bases!

The Lagree method being taught at To The Core has all of that, which is why I have consistently taken 2-3 classes a work for the last 3 months... and I have literally never done in my life.

It also helps that Erin, the owner and lead instructor, is a BOSS. She makes me want to come back every class, even though she pushes us SO hard and we walk out shaking and dripping sweat 99% of the time (it just means you had a great Lagree sesh but it's not cute hahah)! The new instructors are all great too. It's just a great environment.

If you're looking for a new challenging workout class, or if you're trying to establish a consistent workout routine but need something fun/different/challenging enough to keep you interested.... I HIGHLY recommend To The Core!

I started Lagree with Erin in February and I am blown away with how much stronger I feel in just 3 months. It is truly one of the most challenging and rewarding workouts I’ve ever done. It isn’t an easy workout, but Erin’s team will give modifications if needed. There is nothing quite like the feeling of not needing that modification anymore.

If you love Pilates you will not regret taking a microformer class at To The Core Pilates. I have had several sessions and I simply can't get enough! There are so many ways to use the machine to target specific areas of your body while using different levels of resistance and it's only made me feel stronger by the session. I have never felt a burn or shake like it and you WILL sweat even during such a low impact workout! It also takes a lot of focus and at the end of my sessions I feel so grounded and accomplished. I have increasingly challenged myself to stay in it no matter how hard it gets and I'm so glad that I have because I'm feeling SO good!

I recently took 4 microformer classes with Erin. These classes are so HARD but so WORTH IT! I love going to my regular 3x/week pilates classes but these classes really isolate the muscle groups and slow down your movements. I found Erin and To The Core Pilates about 3 months ago. I have always been very active playing multiple sports and competitive dancing my whole life. After I graduated college and was done with sports and dance I felt a little lost in where I wanted to continue my fitness journey. I worked out in a local gym lifting for a few months and ended up injuring my back. After the injury and recovering I was hesitant to go back to lifting. I tried so many group classes that were subpar, but I missed the studio setting I was raised in from dancing. I finally came across To The Core and I haven't looked back since. It has exceeded every expectation I've had. Not only do I feel so much more toned and strong, but my back pain has been relieved from the core strength I'm gaining and the environment of the studio is immaculate! Never have I ever…stuck with any exercise class in my nearly 40 years of life. That is UNTIL I started taking pilates classes at Pilates to the Core! In the past couple of months I’ve attended 28 classes. After having 2 children, I had really lost hope that I’d ever be fit again. I’m astonished to say I haven’t felt this great in at least 10 years! Erin’s classes are fun and as intense as you want them to be. She always offers modifications and you complete every move at your own pace. Every part of my body gets a workout at each class. So glad a friend introduced me to the pilates classes at To The Core Pilates! Erin (owner and instructor) is friendly, super motivating, and keeps the hour-long class fun and upbeat. It’s not the same-old routine - she switches things up which keeps it interesting and challenging, and I’m still learning new exercises during each class. She also offers options for each exercise to make it more or less challenging which allows you to tailor it and make it work for your personal fitness level and goals.
