All the other reviews are spot on, Tom is the best. If you are ready to listen, learn and put in the work, Tom will make sure you achieve your goals. I can do 10 full push-ups and 2 full chin-ups which is 10 more push-ups and 2 more chin-ups than I could before!! And I had fun getting there, which is equally as important to me. I came across Tom on google and after watching some of his educational and motivational Instagram posts, I decided to reach out. I had never worked with a personal trainer and had no idea of the exact goals I wanted to achieve other than the general “feeling stronger,” which he narrowed down to very specific goals, both in routine and nutrition. I had never felt confident enough to explore different workouts routines nor did I had the knowledge to use certain machines. Tom really brought it back to the basics and then went on ramping up and now I feel fully confident at the gym on my own.
