Went to Flower City Comic Con (FC3 2025) there and had a great time. Well laid out, spacious, clean, and a really neat space. Hadn't heard of it before the con so now I'm interested in checking it out on a regular business day.

We attended an event being hosted at their venue. Its quite large but not very good about climate control. The bathrooms were ok. They would benefit in investing an air freshener dispenser or having it tended to much more often than they did especially with the volume of folks using it.

We were in Rochester, NY for the Cobra Fc Summer tournament at the end of June. Some of the games were at this location (outdoors). The facilities were well maintained. There are some trees 🌳 providing shade while watching soccer games outdoors. There are washrooms by the outdoor fields as well as indoors. Parking is plentiful, and there are food options on site. Staff were friendly.

Awesome, but the fields are in louse shape for such a big tournament. Flowering clover dandelions and old nearly invisible paint lines. Couldn't see.the players feet and the parking is a nightmare

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment. It was evident that there was differential treatment based on skin color, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. The organization seems to favor certain groups over others, and this creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. I believe they could greatly benefit from reevaluating their branding and approach to ensure inclusivity and professionalism for all families. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place, and I would suggest exploring other options for your children.

I love that there is a large facility with indoor turf in the area. A lot of the turf is showing its age. There is always an odor in the facility. The turf is filthy. My daughter has tons of visible dirty dark dust on her from the turf every single time we leave. She looks like she comes out of a coal mine. Lol. There's not much seating area to watch kids on the turf.

They will only keep the class if it’s most profitable to them. We signed our son up for micro soccer 4+ program for 9:15am and told him about joining soccer so he said “yay!! I’m on a team”
At 4pm the day before I get a call from Jason saying that their class was canceled because not enough kids joined. When I signed up for the class time it states “1 spot open” so I acknowledged the contradiction over the phone and his was response was sorry the website isn’t up to date and you probably picked the wrong location. I then looked up my receipt and stated the address and he confirmed the location code then said oh well maybe you could go to the east Rochester location. My response was no, i live in gates and im not driving all the way to east Rochester for this class and im disappointed they’re calling within 24 hours to cancel when we were looking forward to the class. His response was “you have to understand this is a business and most 4-5 year olds are in school”
I understand most 4/5 year olds are in school but when your kid has a birthday that delays starting school, morning time works for us. His response was to find another class (everything after 5pm is full, understandably because those are ideal times) or get a refund. I told him to process the refund and looked back at the receipt and it was issued one minute before they even called me.

There is not a better place to have a kids birthday party in Rochester. Nathan was so great with the kids. They had a great time. Seeing my son that happy made my day.

The prices were very affordable, the staff was helpful. We barely had to lift a finger. They made it so easy to throw a great party for our boy. We will definitely be doing this again.

The past 3, not 1 not 2 but 3 experiences with registration have been met with complete incompetence. Apparently not one of the desk staff is capable of changing an email address even though they’ve ‘successfully updated’ mine TWICE over the phone and once in person.

Thanks for not doing your job and not sending me that email to make sure my child gets in with her friends and coach she’s been with for a year.

But hey it’s cool, covid has everyone’s worlds turned upside down with depression and uncertainty and the LAST thing we would want for our children is stability and consistency and the chance to see their friends, let’s just make that not possible even more so.

Oh and lastly, let’s also make the fact that you still don’t have the correct email, after me telling you to change it multiple times leading to my child’s now inability to remain in their class, my fault.
