Training for Warriors Is group fitness like never before Everybody is working out together I have been involved with Training for over 30 years and thereβs nothing like training for warriors. You work out with a coach and a group of people like yourself to reach common goals with teamwork and camaraderie You get expert coaching and teaching learning how to do all the exercises correctly With the little push, so you ask more of yourself. Itβs high five all the way

TFW Hicksville- Strong Island is such a great program. I discovered it about a month ago and honestly it's just what I needed to get back in the gym. I'm a business owner who needs motivation and structure when I workout- the supportive community is also a huge plus. The ages of members vary per class and the classes aren't huge so you don't get lost in the shuffle. The coaches are knowledgeable and fun to learn from- no pressure- just encouragement. I feel like I fit right in and it's only been 3 weeks. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get back into motion, learn and grow!

This place is 35 minutes from my house. I'm probably passing five great gyms along the way. But that's the thing about TFW, it's not a gym. This will change you life. This will having you living a more full life. It's the perfect mix of physical and mental. They won't just show you how to lift more, run harder, but they will reprogram you to love it and hunger for it.
Upon first view, it seems cliquey and maybe too intense. Quickly you will see how the staff and the other warriors will embrace and cheer for you.
These folks will help you break through physical and mental barriers.

Absolute gem of a workout program for people like me who hate the gym, think a treadmill or elliptical is a good way to get a Netflix episode in, and have poor bloodwork results to fix.
An honest, committed 6 or 8 week program to get started has a near perfect track record in jump starting health benefits into those who have not been regularly at the gym. The results were so eye-opening and motivating that I am now several years into the membership.
4 days a week, 1 hour a day. Turn up in your gym clothes, with only a bottle of water. Follow fellow participants through the TFW routine of the day - which is NEVER the same on consecutive days. Workouts rotate through the week (for example, Mondays are strength).
Honestly, I have paid membership dues in many gyms - several consecutively - without a fraction of the benefits I received after joining TFW.

TFW hicksville is an amazing place to improve your health and take your fitness level higher than you can ever imagine. Coach Brian is just amazing and he knows how to train at every level. You just have to show up everyday and at the end you definitely feel "It was amazing and it was totally fun!" .Each day is different and workouts include cardio, weights, core exercises, pulls ups , push up, everyday..I am not a person who is very much into exercise before. I taken up the 6 week transformation challenge. Followed the diet coach has suggested. Results are very visible and promising.I never imagined I would be able to squat with 100 lb weight on me.. I am in my 5th week of the challenge and its become a routine..Do try this facility if you want to loose fat and get in shape, improve stamina and muscle...but commitment and consistency is the key! Thanks coach Brian and TFW.

Great classes with amazing instructors. The workout environment is one of the best I've ever seen, everyone's super supportive of one another and helps push each other to do things they wouldn't think possible. They also offer a number of services such as diet plans and BMI calculations. And best of all, no workout is just pure cardio or pure weightlifting, it's always a mix and within a few weeks of going to exercise and eating right, you'll definitely see the results!
